Research On The Status Quo And Strategy Of Democratic Management In Class Management In The Middle School

Democratic issues about education occupies an important position in the discussion subject of the educational circles.School known as the main position,education class is to carry on the education of teachers,teaching work of the main places.Class of students to develop and cultivate the ladder,a direct impact on the formation of students’ personality and the development of literacy.In recent years,with the development of basic education,launched a series of education policy to reflect basic education to the attention of the students’ development.Especially the release of the Chinese students to develop the core accomplishment,make the democratic management in the class management is more necessary to promote and develop.In this study the author through the literature method,interview method,investigation research methods,such as,respectively,with different schools and different levels of primary school teachers and students in full related interviews,the 4 S,H area representative elementary school issued 300 questionnaires,has rich teaching experience of 10 full period of teachers and students in some interviews,get the first-hand information.Through the software analysis and clean up the present situation in the current primary school full period of class management,and analyzed.Mainly embodied in the following aspects: the teachers and students practice of democratic management in the process of democratic management definition is not clear;Class system of the construction of the lack of effectiveness;lack of Management style reflects;The teacher away from the family and the teacher work and so on.Through to the above problems found one by one from the democratic management concept,management of democracy development,form,parent-school cooperative aspects put forward countermeasures.Democratic management idea: by the teacher right practice democratic management mode,play a role in the democratic management,school students and improve the democratic management mechanism deeply democratic management;Democratic system implementation: by defining the body of the convention and the content,the convention establishment process of democratization,the convention performance reflect the diversity of evaluation system of standardization,improve the democratic management;Democratic management form: the complete class committee of ways and their average,creating anenvironment of abundant material,shape of namsoon thick ban feng promote democratic management.School cooperation,formed by the school,teacher education improve the democratic management.To promote awareness of democratic management and discuss,the real for the full period of the democratic management and student literacy formation and development.
