Using the database of China's industrial enterprise and based on the idea of DO index, this paper measured the degree of Co-agglomeration in China's industries from 2003 to 2011,and analyzed the dynamic changes. The following results were obtained:1,About the overall characteristic of Co-agglomeration in China's industries. From 2003 to 2011,within the range of 200km,the average degree of the overall Co-agglomeration appeared an"M" shape,2004,2007 and 2009 are its three inflection points. On the geographical scale of 500km,there was a small fluctuation from 2003 to 2007,and there was a rapid growth trend after 2007;2,About the characteristics of Co-agglomeration in specific industries. This paper calculated and gave the ten manufacturing industry pairs with the highest and lowest Co-agglomeration in each year;3,About the change trend of Co-agglomeration.In this paper, the average growth rate of each industry pairs was calculated, and some industry pairs with significant increase or decrease and no obvious change were given. The industry pairs with continuous increase or decrease in the degree of Co-agglomeration were also concerned. In addition, based on the cross-sectional data in 2004 and panel data from 2003 to 2009,this paper evaluated and analyzed the importance of Marshall's externalities and natural advantages to industrial Co-agglomeration through several different regression models. The research found:1,Marshall's externalities, that is,upstream and downstream association, labor pool and knowledge spillover, all had positive influence on industrial Co-agglomeration;2,Most of the regression results showed that the labor pool was the most important factor in Marshall's externalities, and a small part of the results showed that the effects of the three factors were similar;3,Natural advantages also had a very important positive influence on industrial Co-agglomeration,which was slightly larger than the sum of the three factors of Marshall's externalities;4,According to whether the industry pair belonged to the same two-bit code,Marshall's externalities and natural advantages had different effects on the Co-agglomeration in two kinds of industry pairs.
