Research On The Function Of The Main Organization For The Cultivation Of Football Reserve Talents In My Country From The Perspective Of The Industrial Chain

After the Chinese football professionalism reform in 1994,the professional league became more and more popular,but the performance of the national team did not improve,instead,it was much worse than before.The reason is that the supply of football reserve talents in China is always insufficient and of low quality,and a large number of excellent football players cannot be selected.The cultivation of football reserve talents is a complicated process,which needs the division of labor among the main bodies.Therefore,only by clarifying the functions of the main bodies and forming the training system of each performing its own duties and cooperating with each other can the training level of China's football reserve talents be improved.In this paper,using the method of documentary,expert interview,logic analysis and other research methods,and from the perspective of industry chain,to our country football reserve talent cultivation orientation of the functions of the body and execution and deviation and its influencing factors were studied,and put forward the corresponding development countermeasure,in order to provide theoretical reference for our country football reserve talent cultivation and practice reference,to improve quality and quantity of our country's football sports reserve talented person,the revitalization of Chinese football and sports power dream is of great significance,the following conclusions:1.The main institutions for training football reserve talents in China are: campus football features schools,amateur football club,football association youth training center,new-type football school and professional football club echelon.2.China's football reserve talent cultivation industry chain is: the upstream raw material suppliers are composed of campus football features schools,amateur football clubs,football association youth training center and new football schools;The mid-stream product manufacturers are composed of amateur football clubs,football association youth training centers,new football schools and professional football clubs.The downstream sellers are professional football clubs.3.The functional positioning of the main body in the industrial chain is as follows:the function of the upstream main body is to dig and process teenagers to cultivate high-quality raw materials;The function of the main body of the middle reaches is to train the raw materials of the upper reaches into excellent football players.The function of the downstream main body is to develop more relevant consumer goods around the competition,so as to promote the development of the industrial chain.4.The deviation of the function execution and orientation of the main body in the industrial chain is: The campus football features schools pays too much attention to theimprovement and neglects the popularization;The quality of amateur football clubs is too low,which does not meet the training requirements of the middle reaches;The youth training center of the football association pays too much attention to short-term results,which makes it difficult to cultivate excellent football reserve talents.The number of new football schools is small and the number of football reserve talents cultivated is limited.Professional football clubs lack the supervision to produce good footballers.5.The main body organization in the industry chain function execution and the localization deviation factor is: the main body organization construction is backward;Loose inter-agency cooperation;Football reserve talent import is not free,export blocked;The government did not play a leading role.
