At present,it is an era of "lifelong learning and improvement of national quality"."The deep integration of national fitness and national health" is not only an important proposition of The Times proposed by general secretary xi jinping at the 19 th National People's Congress of the party,but also indirectly emphasizes the importance of physical education teaching,teaching method and the key to learning method.Although physical education teaching methods are numerous,most of them are difficult to play an effective role in practical teaching.For example,traditional teaching methods are deeply rooted in the ideas of students and teachers.In a short period of time,it is difficult to adapt to some new teaching methods after the curriculum reform.Therefore,in order to explore effective methods for middle school aerobics course teaching,stimulate students' learning interest,improve students' sports ability,enhance students' physical quality,and improve the quality of physical education teaching.Therefore,it is particularly necessary to apply situational teaching method to the aerobics course of middle school,carry out teaching experiments,and analyze and discuss the influence of situational teaching method on students' physical quality and physical health,learning interest,athletic ability,technical action,choreography ability,athletic performance and other aspects.By means of literature review,questionnaire survey,experiment,mathematical statistics and other research methods,the students in class 4,grade 2 of a high school in guiding were carried out an 18-week teaching experiment,and the data and experimental results were processed and analyzed by T test.The results showed that:(1)after the experiment,data processing,found that the experimental group and control group students in learning interest,learning motivation,cognitive level of aerobics,aerobics sports ability and other aspects have significant differences(P<0.05).In addition,whether students have a strong interest in learning and how active the classroom atmosphere is all related to the characteristics of situational teaching method.(2)after the experiment,the final assessment results,choreography ability and technical movement completion of the experimental group were obviously better than the control group,and there were differences(P<0.05),among which there were significant differences in the choreography ability of the students(P<0.01).This indicates that in the teaching process of aerobics,the fusion of jazz dance,Latin dance,adidasi dance and street dance is conducive to the improvement of students' action.Through the setting of scene theme,the students can integrate resources from different perspectives to make the performance more rich,scientific and targeted,which will play a more promoting role in cultivating students' comprehensive ability.(3)after the experiment,the students in the experimental group were evaluated for the effect of the situational teaching method,and the conclusion showed that the situational teaching method was more conducive to making students develop a habit of using their minds and thinking,and improving their ability to analyze and solve practical problems with the knowledge they have learned.(4)after the experiment,the experimental group and the control group had a small range of improvement in students' physical quality and physical health,but the difference was not significant.Conclusion:(1)situational teaching method is conducive to stimulate students' learning interest and learning motivation,cultivate sentiment,enhance teacher-student friendship,improve personal ability,stimulate students' deep desire for knowledge,so that students' thinking ability can be steadily improved.(2)the teaching effect of situational teaching method is better than that of traditional teaching method.In the whole teaching process,the situation simulation method is adopted,such as: using pictures,multimedia,stories,music,role conversion and so on to present the real situation in front of the students,let the students have a feeling of immersive,and cause thinking.(3)the use of situational teaching method in aerobics teaching,students' sports skills,learning results have significant improvement.Especially in the aerobics choreography performance,students can according to the aerobics choreography characteristics of pertinence,collectivity,freshness,repeatability and symmetry.Select music with appeal and appeal,can choreography novelty,concise aerobics routines.(4)the situational teaching method and aerobics teaching,through the creation of social scenes,natural scenes,artistic scenes to edify students' feelings.For students to create a good learning atmosphere,arouse students bold imagination and thinking hard,arouse the enthusiasm of students,training students' thinking,so that the students can master basic aerobics movements,so as to enhance the level of the aerobics professional skills,by deepening the connotation of the aerobics cognition of beauty and pursuit,finally,more intuitive,more effectively improve the cultivation of the students' ability of creative thinking and aesthetic improvement.Suggestions:(1)situational teaching method conforms to the requirements of aerobics general curriculum syllabus,it is suggested to integrate situational teaching method into aerobics curriculum,and vigorously promote and promote.The application of situational teaching method puts forward higher requirements for teachers' basic knowledge,professional skills,teaching methods and methods.In the process of situational creation and implementation,teachers are required to not only be familiar with textbooks and learning situations,but also master the educational thoughts and teaching theories of situational creation.It is suggested that teachers should supplement traditional teaching methods with situational teaching methods and use multiple methods together,so as to achieve better teaching effects and improve teaching quality.(3)the use of situational teaching methods should be based on the students' physical and mental development characteristics,combined with the teaching content,seize the opportunity to seize the students' internal knowledge needs,it is suggested that in the aerobics class teaching,more Settings of life scenes to increase students' fun,at the same time to pay attention to the created situation can not distract students' attention,so as not to affect the teaching effect.
