Research On The Cultivation Of Reserve Talents In Wuhan Traditional Basketball School

Taking the training mode of the basketball team of Renjialu middle school of Wuhan traditional basketball school(hereinafter referred to as "Renzhong basketball school")as the research object,this paper studies and analyzes the developing process and current situation of this school by using the methods of literature,expert interview,field investigation and observation,and summarizes the main methods of its training mode.The following conclusions are drawn:(1)The scientific training concept is the cognitive basis for the success of the school.(2)The "flexibility of learning and training" system is an important guarantee for the sustainable development of the school.This system ADAPTS to the development needs of basketball reserve talents in traditional basketball schools,and resolves the "contradiction between learning and training" that has long troubled the reserve talents in traditional basketball schools.(3)Outstanding performance is an important driving force for the school's growth.Over the years,Ren zhong basketball school is training to grasp the tight,live method,good results,in all kinds of competitions above the provincial level has achieved excellent results.(4)Sufficient reserve cultivation of talents is an important support for the success of the school.Over the years,Renzhong basketball communication school has achieved remarkable results in teaching and training,and has cultivated a number of outstanding basketball talents,which is an important support for the long-term development of renzhong basketball communication school.Existing problems:(1)Insufficient film and television materials and relevant written materials accumulated are not conducive to teaching and expanding the influence of the school.(2)The rise of campus basketball and basketball clubs has a certain impact on the source of students.In view of the above analysis,the following countermeasures are proposed:(1)Summarize experience and conduct publicity and promotion.(2)Relying on schools,make full use of school education resources,coordinate with various forces,and achieve win-win cooperation.
