From the initial "Renxu school system" to the new college entrance examination reform today,China's education system reform has entered a new critical stage,and the position of student career development guidance in education has become more and more prominent.The significance of the new college entrance examination reform is extraordinary,which impels the guidance of college career development to be perfect.First,to increase students' right of choice,pay attention to the subjectivity and dominance of individual in their own development,so that students can decide their career development independently;Second,to emancipate their minds,to improve their awareness of career development,to devote themselves to improving their comprehensive quality and to improve students' comprehensive quality,to develop students' ability of lifelong development based on long-term considerations;Third,to meet students' development needs and set up corresponding career guidance courses at every important stage of their career development,so that student career guidance is coherent and sustainable,so as to make it change from decentralization,stage to the whole process,systematization and refinement;Fourth,to make students' career development guidance.Attention has been paid to it,forcing schools to carry out corresponding guidance courses,build a systematic career guidance system,and constantly make career development guidance for college students professionalized.However,the current career development guidance system in China is not perfect,and there are still various problems in system,manpower and ideology,which seriously affect the quality of student career development.This study focuses on the career development guidance of College Students under the background of the new college entrance examination reform.By using the method of combining quantitative analysis with qualitative analysis,it mainly studies the current situation and existing problems of the career development guidance of college students from the perspectives of personal career development and career guidance of school.The full text is divided into four parts:The first part is the new college entrance examination reform and its impact on College Student career development.This part first defines the relevant concepts ofCollege Students' career development guidance.Then starting from the background of the new college entrance examination reform,it discusses the value orientation of the new college entrance examination reform and its new requirements for college student career development.Finally,it carries on the related theoretical basis of College Students' career development guidance.This paper elaborates and provides theoretical support for the study of this paper.The second part is the survey of the current situation of career development guidance for college students under the background of the new college entrance examination reform,which is divided into two dimensions: from the perspective of education,including the status of class opening,curriculum content,curriculum implementation effect,curriculum evaluation and guarantee mechanism;from the perspective of student development,including career development awareness,career development needs,satisfaction with career guidance,and professional adaptability of College students.The current situation of student career development guidance.The third part is the analysis of the problems and causes of College Student career development guidance under the background of the new college entrance examination reform.Combining with the background of the new college entrance examination reform,it is found that there are deviations in college students' career development guidance and that it is difficult to guide college student career development from the aspects of career development guidance,students' professional adaptability and the actual situation of career development guidance.To meet the needs of students,lack of sustainability,floating in the form of low level and other issues,and then from the college student career development awareness,career development guidance system,career guidance education teaching reality,teachers and curriculum resources to analyze the reasons for the above problems.The fourth part is the guiding Countermeasures of College Student career development under the background of the new college entrance examination reform.It mainly puts forward the rationalization of the problems from the following aspects:the establishment of College Students' career development consciousness,the construction of College Student career development guidance system,the balance between career development and career guidance,the cultivation of Collegestudents' professional interests,the training of teachers and the rational distribution and utilization of career guidance resources.Policy recommendations.
