Study On Current Situation And Countermeasures Of Career Education In Senior Middle Schools Under The Background Of College Entrance Examination Reform

At present,due to the emphasis on book knowledge in the stage of basic education in China and the neglect of the education of students' career exploration,high school students in China generally have a lack of self-understanding and self-career planning.Research has shown that professional mismatch or are not interested in their own professional is the "culprit" of some college students leave school,so for high school students in the college entrance examination "baton",a clear understanding of university professional,is good for their own career planning,for its future development importance is self-evident.This research mainly uses literature research method,questionnaire survey method and other methods to carry out research.Based on the data of the "Study on Current Situation of Career Planning Education in Ordinary High Schools" for high school students in a middle school in the north of Anhui,the importance of career planning education in the high school education stage and the current situation of career education in high school education are analyzed.The current situation,an in-depth analysis of the deep-seated problems in career planning education at the senior high school level in China,combined with existing research and the current state of local education,put forward positive and effective measures to further improve the career education of high school students and help them achieve better Self-growth.The main contents of the thesis are: First,in the introduction,we include the research background,theory and practical significance of this research;literature review,(core concept identification,review of relevant research at home and abroad,and career theory for ordinary high school students)The contents are systematically explained.Secondly,the research design part,including the research purpose,research objects,research methods,and research tools,is introduced in detail.Then,based on the existence of general high school career education planning,Based on the survey,the following problems were found: for example,weak awareness of student life planning,biased career value orientation,inadequate career planning measures,and poor professionalism of the teaching staff;finally,education based on career planning in ordinary high schools There are problems in the government,schools,parents,students and other levels to make targeted suggestions.These suggestions include: the government should do a good job in the upper-level design of life planning education,build a full-time staff of life planning education,increase investment in resources,Integrate social resources;schools should Diversity of life planning education activities,establishment of full-time teachers of life planning education,and increase of teachers' time investment in life planning education;parents and schools should also raise awareness of life planning education and actively participate in career planning education activities.Correctly understand the necessity of career planning education in high school and actively integrate with social practice information.
