The research background of this study is that the interdisciplinary graduate group are growing and the country's requirements for the quality of graduate education are getting higher and higher with the continuous expansion of graduate enrollment.Although interdisciplinary graduate students have advantages in multidisciplinary knowledge background,there is a big difference between them and non-interdisciplinary graduates in terms of knowledge structure and way of thinking.These factors will affect their learning.Based on this,this study takes S University as an example,through an in-depth survey of interdisciplinary Master graduate students' learning status,on the one hand,it is expected to form a comprehensive understanding of the interdisciplinary graduates' learning status of S University,and then propose targeted improvement suggestions.It can also trigger the attention of educators on the interdisciplinary graduates' learning status.The research content of this study based on the collation and analysis of the relevant learning theory concepts and relevant literature at home and abroad on graduates' learning status,this study summarizes the five dimensions of learning identity,learning impetus,learning engagement,learning support and learning effectiveness and 32 secondary indicators.Then made questionnaires by myself,randomly selected 500 Master graduate students from S University to conduct a questionnaire survey.Through the reliability and validity test,the reliability and validity of this questionnaire are at a relatively high level.Based on the survey's real learning status of interdisciplinary graduate students at S University,the author conducted in-depth interviews with five interdisciplinary graduate students from different disciplines and five graduate tutors to analyze the reasons for the formation.The survey results show that the learning status of interdisciplinary and non-interdisciplinary graduate students at S University is at a medium level.The specific performance is as follows: interdisciplinary graduates put into learning more than non-interdisciplinary graduate students,and they need more learning support,but their learning effectiveness is overall worse than non-interdisciplinary graduate students.Among interdisciplinary graduate students,girls are significantly engaged in learning more than boys,but the learning effectiveness of boys are better than girls.Among the interdisciplinary graduate students in three different grades,the first gradestudents have the highest level of learning identity,and the second grade students most need learning support.The third grade students are significantly improved in terms of learning impetus,learning engagement and learning effectiveness.Based on the above situation,the author found three reasons through interviews : the interdisciplinary graduates' own learning problems,the guidance and help of the tutor,and the graduates' cultivation process.Therefore,the fifth chapter mainly proposes to improve the interdisciplinary graduates' learning status from the aspects of improving the self-learning ability of interdisciplinary graduates,strengthening the guidance of tutors,and optimizing the graduates' cultivation process,in order to provide valuable reference for graduate education and management at S University.
