Peer communication is a catalyst for children's growth and maturity and an indispensable part of their socialization.When children enter the kindergarten,the words like little friends,playmates and companions gradually become part of the game life from concept in children's mind.At the same time,in the communication process with peers,conflicts gradually become normal due to the increasing frequency of interaction.Conflicts among children are fundamentally different from those in the adult world.Conflicts among children are an inevitable stage in the development of children's psychological and social development,and a process of internalizing and perfecting the development of collectivized cognitive,socialized emotional and group behavioral skills.Helping children correctly deal with peer conflict has irreplaceable positive value for their coordinated development of intelligence,interpersonal communication and emotion.This study selected a total of 267 children in a demonstration kindergarten in Dalian,Liaoning Province as the study object.Firstly,the general characteristics of children's peer conflict behaviors were investigated by observation method,interview method and case analysis method.The results showed that the more physical contact,the higher the probability of conflict.There is an age difference in the duration of conflict among children aged 3-6 years.The duration of conflict tends to increase with the age of children.There are age differences in the causes of conflicts among children aged 3-6 years old.Conflicts among children in small classes are mostly due to item competition,and conflicts among children in middle class are mostly due to games.Children in large classes have begun to try to control others.Children between 3 and 6 years old have age differences in conflict resolution.Children in small classes generally use physical confrontation to solve conflicts.Children in middle class have a tendency to change from direct body mode to reasoning and reasoning,exchanging toys and discussing methods,the frequency of using wisdom to resolve conflicts increases in big classes.In terms of the subject selection of children's conflict resolution,due to the limitations of cognitive development,it is difficult for children to actively act as the coordinator when the conflict occurs,which also needs the correct guidance of teachers and parents to help children become the subject of conflict resolution.With the growth of age,the proportion of positive results brought by children solving conflicts keeps increasing,and the development is most rapid between 4 and 6 years old.The proportion of negative results brought by conflict resolution keeps decreasing,and the decrease is obvious between 3 and 5 years old.Secondly,on the basis of analyzing the general characteristics of children's peer conflict behavior,the author puts forward scientific suggestions to parents and teachers.This study aims to make the children develop themselves in conflict with the joint efforts of teachers,parents and children,so as to better improve their intelligence and conflict resolution ability,which will play a certain guiding significance for the growth and life of children.
