In order to adapt to the rapid development of our society,the information management system of adult higher education has gradually transited from the manual establishment of information base management to the computer establishment of student information data management.The advantages of using computers to manage colleges and universities make school administration more efficient and convenient.This paper introduces the development process of adult education and educational administration system of Guizhou industrial Career Technical College.In this paper,the educational administration system of adult education in Colleges and universities is taken as the research object,and the management system established by colleges and universities at home and abroad is compared.Then,the feasibility of this subject and the significance of studying the whole management system are analyzed.Then,the demand analysis of the system is discussed,and the model is established.The business flow chart of the educational administration information system is given.When analyzing the function modules,this paper uses the method of use case description and use case analysis to determine the actual functions of the adult education roll management system of Guizhou Industrial Vocational and Technical College.At the same time,the overall function package diagram and the sub-function package diagram of the system are given.In order to give the main contents of this research system,the system's daily management function module,the student status statistical analysis module,the graduate student status management module,the student status change management module and the new student registration module.In the analysis of the data,this paper specifically analyzed the adult education status management of Guizhou Industrial Vocational and Technical College.In the system,the information processed by each functional module in the actual operation is given,and the entity class association graph is given.At the same time,the database table framework is created.At the end of this paper,we summarize and sort out the work related to the research and analysis of the adult education roll management system of Guizhou Industrial Vocational and Technical College,and put forward the shortcomings in this study,and clarify the future tasks.This system is developed on the basis of B/S system structure,followed by Microsoft.net platform as the development tool.
