Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of The Work Of Subsidizing Poor Students In Xinjiang Arts University

Higher education costs have become a heavy burden for low-income families.It is urgent to set up and make the subsidy system perfect in order to solve the problem that the students from poverty-stricken families meet?to help more young people go to college and they can finish their college studies smoothly,which is the concrete embodiment of the superiority of China’s socialist system,which is directly related to the sustainable and sound development of higher education in China,and to the stability of schools and society.As the only comprehensive art university in the northwest of China,Xinjiang Arts University has become the main force for cultivating cultural and art talents in Xinjiang,the messenger of cultural dissemination of the Silk Road and the cradle of artists in Xinjiang.Most students in the school are from Xinjiang and some are from other provinces.Most students who come from Xinjiang are minority and because they are influenced by the living environment,they are good at dancing and singing.Those students are from 22 poverty-stricken areas of South of Xinjiang Their family are very poor because there are many children in their family,or there are no labors or some family members are ill.Most students who are from other provinces mainly come from the countryside and their family are also poor.The reason why they choose the university is that the tuition is low among arts universities in China and they can afford it.As an art college in China,Xinjiang Arts University has the representative and typical status of the poverty-stricken students ’ subsidy in Chinese art colleges.Based on the work at college,together with investigation and analysis methods,this paper studies the school’s poor student funding system,focusing on the poor student funding system of Xinjiang Art Institute,management procedures,existing problems and countermeasures,which has a clear feasibility and operational.The introduction summarizes the research background and significance of this paper,combs and analyzes the present research situation,expounds the purpose and significance of this paper,expounds the contents and methods of the research,and the innovation of this paper.This paper mainly discusses the relevant concepts and theories of college students ’ self-management work.This paper focuses on the related concepts of student financing,the main contents of the National Student subsidy policy system and the related theories of fund management,and the present situation analysis of the impoverished Students ’ fund management in Xinjiang Arts Institute.Then,the main contents of the financial aid system of impoverished students in Xinjiang Art Institute and the problems in the financing management are analyzed and studied in detail.Through the analysis of the relevant experience in other universities in China,this paper lays a foundation for the experience of the impoverished students ’ fund management in Xinjiang Arts Institute,taking the two universities of Beijing Union University and Communication University as an example,and then draws inspiration.from the financial support work through the analysis of the two universities.To improve the management of needy students in Xinjiang Art Institute.Based on the present situation of the impoverished students ’subsidy system in Xinjiang Arts Institute,this paper puts forward some suggestions on making the financial aid system of poor students in art colleges and universities perfect,based on the existing problems and drawing lessons from domestic and foreign experience。...
