In the Internet + era,the educational virtual community provides people with many conveniences in learning.The ethical norms of education and virtual communities have made an indelible contribution to reducing the problems of academic hegemony,imbalance in supply,infringement of intellectual property rights and dissemination of bad information.So,can the ethical norms of educational virtual community not only regulate the words and deeds of community members,but also influence learners' selfawareness and monitoring? Therefore,exploring the impact of the ethical norms of educational virtual community on metacognitive abilities,and putting forward strategies to improve learners' metacognitive abilities based on the ethical norms of educational virtual community have an important role in improving learners' metacognitive abilities in educational virtual community and even in the development of educational virtual community.Firstly,on the basis of learning pedagogy,ethics,educational technology and other disciplines,this paper expounds the concepts of educational virtual community and educational virtual community ethics norms by using literature research method,interprets the learners' metacognitive ability in educational virtual community,and summarizes the characteristics and influencing factors of community learners' metacognitive ability;secondly,in order to enhance the community learners' metacognitive ability.From the perspective of community learners' metacognitive ability,we observed the changes of learners' metacognitive ability before and after the implementation of educational virtual community ethical norms,and distributed questionnaires to community learners and staff,and then sorted out the data of the questionnaires.After descriptive statistical analysis,correlation analysis and regression analysis of the questionnaire,it is found that the ethical norms of educational virtual community have a significant impact on the improvement of the metacognitive ability of community learners.Then,through factor analysis and cluster analysis,four factors affecting the metacognitive ability of community learners are obtained.Thirdly,based on the ethical norms of Educational Virtual community,learning is affected by the ethical norms of educational virtual community.From the four aspects of self-cognition,self-experience,self-control and self-integration,this paper puts forward 13 items of virtual community based on education,such as "providing evaluation criteria to help identify oneself","advocating the balance of giving and giving,unifying power and obligation","carrying out multiple evaluation,strengthening self-reflection","leading innovation demonstration,and achieving the transformation from knowledge to wisdom".The strategies of ethical norms for learners' metacognitive competence;finally,the implementation and investigation of the strategies for learners' metacognitive competence enhancement confirm the validity of the proposed strategies.This study lays a foundation for the study of the connotation and value significance of ethical norms in educational virtual communities,provides an effective paradigm for how to use ethical norms to enhance people's meta-cognition,and guides the specific research direction of the role of ethical norms in educational virtual communities in the future.However,there are also some problems in this study,such as the lack of universality of the proposed strategies and the lack of long-term implementation of ethical norms in educational virtual communities.Therefore,it is hoped that these problems can be solved in the future research,and the research can be re-recognized from more perspectives,exploring and improving the functional value of the ethical norms of educational virtual community,and enriching the relevant content of learners' metacognitive promotion strategies.
