Teacher education is the working machine of education,and education starts from teache rs.To be a good teacher that the Party and the people are satisfied with in the New Era,we sh ould strengthen the construction of the teacher education system and constantly improve the q uality of teacher training.In basic education,it is very important to improve the professional q uality of ideological and political teachers in senior high schools.Although at present,the ove rall development of high school ideological and political theory teachers' professional quality is good.But there are still shortcomings.Therefore,this study will be to develop teachers' pro fessional quality as the core,adopt the method of literature research and interview method and observation on the actual investigation and study,in order to find high school ideological and political theory course teachers professional quality training,the problems of education course s to improve high school teachers' professional quality training provides a rich,practical and t he path of the research.The first part mainly describes the connotation of teachers' professional literacy and high school ideological and political course teachers' professional literacy,so as to summarize the constituent elements of high school ideological and political course teachers' professional liter acy and provide theoretical basis for their cultivation path research.The second part mainly explains the necessity and importance of improving the professio nal quality of high school ideological and political teachers.The third part mainly uses literature research,observation and interview methods to expl ore the problems and causes of ideological and political teachers' professional literacy in some high schools in Hanzhong area.The last part,the practice path of the cultivation of professional quality of high school id eological and political teachers in the new era is the core part of this study.The main purpose of educational research is to solve practical problems.This chapter will put forward the impro vement path from three aspects: thought leading,coordination mechanism and teachers' intern al driving force.
