As China's international influence has increased,China has more and more frequent exchanges with other countries in various fields.South Korea is the first country in the world to establish a Confucius Institute,its Chinese language education has its own characteristics.In addition,the CPIK cooperation project was established in 2012,which has enabled more Koreans to learn Chinese and understand Chinese culture.Under such a background,the author based on the teaching experience during the Korean period,by means of questionnaires,interviews and other research methods,this paper makes a basic investigation on the teaching of Chinese in characteristic high schools offering Chinese courses in Seoul.On this basis,with Seoul Design High School as the main research object,a more in-depth study was carried out.This paper makes a detailed analysis from the basic situation of students learning Chinese,the teaching methods of teachers,the use of Chinese textbooks,and the management of classrooms,and strives to comprehensively and objectively reflect the current teaching situation of the school and the problems in teaching.Combined with the teaching experience of CPIK teachers,a targeted solution strategy is proposed.It is hoped that this will improve the quality of Chinese teaching in Seoul Design High School and contribute to the better development of Chinese teaching in the characteristic high school in Seoul.
