ISO26000 is the Social Responsibility Standard which is established by international organization for standardization and launched in November 1, 2010. Its purpose is to guide provides social responsibility for all types of organization, encourage organizations standardize the behavior of social responsibility by the Standard Guide for ISO26000 international, so that more responsible to society.Currently, ISO26000 standard application range is mostly limited to business and library, the application is very limited in other organizations, such as schools.Development of secondary school students need attention, high school students should also receive attention of social responsibility. Based on the exploration of ISO26000 Guidance on Social Responsibility standard applies to school education and administration, while trying to raise awareness of social responsibility for the content of Students explore resonance.This paper has four parts:The first part:Introduction.The thesis introduces the background and the reason, purpose and significance, the research review, research methods. Including observation,document analysis, interviews,questionnaires, narrative research methods.The second part is an overview of the relevant theories.Elaborated the middle-school students social responsibility related concepts,content and theoretical basis based on the ISO26000. Students’ social responsibility for the content including: academic and physical conditions of their own,to others,to the environment, for their own ethical behavior and the stakeholders(parents, teachers, collective).The third part investigated the consciousness of students’ social responsibility who are in a middle school in Yunnan. Trying to grasp the overall situation for a middle school students’ social responsibility in Yunnan, which is objectively and comprehensively and reveal the current problems of social responsibility. The research shows that students’ learning attitude is poor; lack of respect awareness for other people’s; awareness of the lack of compliance with the school system and other related issues. The root of problems are students social responsibility is weak, incomplete understanding of social responsibility for the content,and lack of social responsibility.The fourth part is research how to improve the middle school students’ consciousness of social responsibility, based on the relative principles and measures of ISO26000, put forward concrete thinking and suggestions. For the existence of a middle school student social responsibility, article is based on "Education Law", "the Law of Obligations", "School Code" and other relevant laws and regulations of the state, policy, combined with the ISO26000 social responsibility standard, tries to tease the concept and content of the middle school students’ social responsibility. ISO26000 is proposed based on the concept, the middle school students to enhance their own sense of duty, and life safety;to set an example; foster a culture of social responsibility; emphasis on moral education; middle school students to develop social responsibility objectives;social responsibility to prepare high school students middle school students of their own textbooks, which are conducive to the healthy development and social harmony operability proposal development.
