In the wave of new curriculum reform,the primary school physical education curriculum as an indispensable part of compulsory education stage has been gradually valued at the grass-roots level,both from the amount of courses offered or the allocation of professional physical education teachers are reflecting the determination of new curriculum reform.But for a long time,the central idea of primary school physical education curriculum is teachers’ teaching and students’ learning,little attention is paid to students’ emotional sports experience,lack of interest and innovation.Primary school students are lively and active.If primary school physical education class is boring,some students will lose interest in physical education class,reducing classroom efficiency.Teachers will spend more time on classroom discipline,greatly reducing the effect of classroom teaching,which has a negative impact on the physical and mental development of students.The new curriculum advocates autonomous learning,cooperative learning and inquiry learning to improve the efficiency of classroom teaching,stimulate students’ independent thinking and innovation consciousness,improve students’ interpersonal skills in cooperative learning,and lay a foundation for students’ all-round development.Therefore,how to change this situation in the current good teaching environment,the change of teaching methods is particularly important.This paper selects the application effects of guided experiential teaching method in primary school physical education as the object.Through questionnaire survey,teaching experiment and comparative analysis,97 students in class 1 and class 2 of grade 5 in Wuzhou Guanlan campus of Experimental Primary School in Yanhu District of Yuncheng City are tested for 10 weeks,which is compared the traditional physical education teaching method,reflecting the guided experiential teaching method in school The role of physical education classroom will provide theoretical support and help for the selection of this method in primary school physical education.Through the comparative study of the process of guided experiential teaching method and traditional teaching method following results are obtained:1.The application process of guided experiential teaching method includes teachers’ careful preparation before class,proper adjustment in class and accurate and comprehensive evaluation after class.Teachers can achieve the correct application of guided experiential teaching method through a complete teaching process,reasonable guidance of the learned projects and good experience of the learning process.2.Under the guidance of experiential teaching method,teachers can improve students willingness to participate in sports,mental health and social adaptability.Students can learn some sports knowledge physical health knowledge through sports class.3.The students in the experimental group can grasp the action skills of throwing solid ball forward with both hands faster and get better results by guiding the learning of experiential teaching method;in the project of shooting on one hand and shoulder during the March,the students in the experimental group can grasp the step and hand shape of shooting faster than those in the control group;in the project standing long jump,the students in the two groups have no results The obvious difference shows that this method not have a great advantage in some sports.
