In the 40 years of reform and opening up,China's social development has entered a new era.With the "supply-side reform" and the transformation of new and old momentum,the economic and social development has put forward new requirements for Vocational education,and the state attaches unprecedented importance to vocational education and teaching.Five-year higher vocational education,as a special form of Higher Vocational education,connects secondary vocational education with higher vocational education and holds an important position in Vocational education.As a part of Vocational Education in Colleges and universities,five-year vocational talents are directly oriented to the social production and service line.The success or failure of classroom management is directly related to the training of high-quality skilled talents.The all-round development of students is related to the realization of the training objectives of vocational education talents,and then affects the quantity and quality of the training of front-line personnel in social production and service.On the one hand,the state pays more and more attention to vocational education and expands the scale of five-year higher vocational education year by year.On the other hand,there are some problems in the subject management of Five-year Higher Vocational education,which affect the improvement of the quality of Five-year Higher Vocational education.In this paper,five-year higher vocational subject management as the research object,to find out the problem of Five-year Higher Vocational subject management,analysis of the causes of the problem of subject management,and put forward countermeasures to solve this problem.The first chapter is the introduction.This paper expounds the background and significance of this study,combines the current situation and trend of research on this topic at home and abroad,and defines the research object and method.The concepts of five-year higher vocational education and classroom management are defined.The second chapter is a survey of the current situation of classroom management in Five-year Vocational colleges.Taking five-year higher vocational education in HZ Domestic Professional College as an example,this paper analyses the main problems of classroom management in Five-year Higher Vocational Education by means of questionnaire survey and interview survey.Chapter three is the reason analysis.According to the main problems existing in the classroom management of five-year higher vocational education at present,the causes of classroom management problems of five-year higher vocational education are found from the perspectives of school management,teachers,students,families and society.Chapter IV puts forward the relevant countermeasures to solve the problem.To solve the problem of classroom management in Five-year Higher Vocational education,relevant management departments,especially education departments,should increase their support and support for five-year higher vocational education and establish appropriate right of education punishment;schools should optimize school management,improve logistic support,strengthen infrastructure construction,actively improve school-running conditions,deepen educational and teaching reform,and improve the quality of personnel training;students should improve themselves.At the same time,we should improve parents' quality,change parents' educational concepts,improve family education methods and actively participate in student education.A good classroom teaching environment can't be separated from the strong support of the society.We should create a good social environment,reduce the erosion of bad culture on the campus,optimize the employment environment,and solve the worries of Five-year Higher Vocational students.
