Under the circumstances of the annually increasing enrollment of universities and colleges, students’weak level of knowledge and ability has great influence on the achievement of teaching purpose. The achievement of teaching method depends largely on the classroom teaching management. Therefore, to ensure the quality of mathematics classroom teaching and improve the level of running a school, we must strengthen the mathematics classroom teaching management. During the practice of the development of higher vocational education, our country summarized various methods such as "the student-based management","combination of learning with working","introducing ISO9000quality management idea" and so on to improve the teaching quality. But these methods have some limitations in the process of guiding mathematics teaching management in higher vocational colleges.Based on the summary and analysis of the experience of the domestic and foreign research of teaching management, and starting from the status quo of mathematics classroom teaching management of xx Vocational College and the author’s years of practical experience in the higher vocational mathematics teaching, this article does some in-depth research of the practical situation of the mathematics teaching in××Vocational College by using the questionnaire survey, individual interviews and other methods; meanwhile, combined with the first data obtained by the investigation, it researches the problems and the causes in the mathematics classroom teaching of xx Vocational College, explores the feasible solutions, and puts forward relatively perfect strategies of mathematics classroom teaching management for higher vocational colleges. from the four aspects of college, department, teachers, students:Firstly, the school should change the concept of education, optimize the management mode, strengthen the teachers’ training and purify the environment of education. Secondly, the department should strengthen the responsibility and make personnel cultivating program fit for students’occupation characteristics. Thirdly, the teachers should overcome the occupation burnout, devote themselves to teaching, change the traditional teaching concepts, improve teaching methods, innovate the teaching mode, thus achieving the purpose of mobilizing the enthusiasm of the students. Fourthly, students should strengthen self-control and manage themselves by building up students’ self-management stage.
