Ideological and political discipline is a very important subject of moral education in high school,which plays a very important role in the formation and establishment of students’ values.Besides thinking over the issue of “whom to cultivate”,Ideological and political education focuses on the issue of "how to cultivate ".According to the "Standard of the General High School Ideological and Political Curriculum(2017 Edition)",High school ideological politics,a comprehensive and activity-based subject course helps students establish the correct political orientation,improve the core literacy of ideological and political disciplines,and enhance society understanding and participation,highlighted by an important teaching form——topic teaching.The teaching of issue-based social practice activities emphasizes offering an open topic for students to learn independently through social practice,problem and issue solving,which can eventually improve the effectiveness of teaching This paper will discuss the importance,strategies,advantages and difficulties of setting up issue-based social practice activities in high school political class combined with author’s practical work experience.The first part starts with the significance of the issue-based social practice to expounds the importance of this kind of practice and the role it plays in the comprehensive quality development of students.The second part starts from the challenge of issue-based social practice activities,and explores the main obstacles and challenges in carrying out issue-based social practice activities in the current high school ideological and political teaching from the perspective of teachers and students.In the third part,the author puts forward corresponding countermeasures and solutions based on the teaching experience.The fourth part puts forward some ideas on how to carry out issue-oriented social practice activities successfully...
