Topic teaching,as a bright spot in the 2017 edition of the new curriculum standard of ideology and politics in senior high school,adapts to the requirements of the new curriculum reform and becomes an important way to innovate the teaching method and construct the active subject curriculum.Compared with the previous teaching methods,topic-based teaching pays more attention to the future development of students and teachers,and plays a unique role in enhancing students' ability to understand and participate in society in subject knowledge,and cultivating core literacy of ideological and political subjects.Therefore,how to use topic-based teaching in the political classroom to guide students to construct their own cognition in the process of topic inquiry,to effectively improve their core literacy,and to realize the common development of teachers and students is an important subject in front of educators,and it is necessary to promote the development of ideological and political teaching theory and practice through further exploration and research.On the basis of sorting out the existing literature and investigation practice,this paper makes a series of explorations on the influencing factors and implementation strategies of topic-based teaching,in order to contribute beneficial enlightenment to the relevant research.The text is divided into three parts:The first part is an overview of topic-based teaching.First of all,on the basis of drawing lessons from relevant research,the connotation of topic and topic teaching is defined.Topic-based teaching is to guide students to use subject knowledge and appropriate inquiry strategies to explore the complex problems under discussion.In the process of problem-solving,it helps students to construct knowledge,develop ability and internalize literacy independently.By comparing topic-based teaching with topic-centered teaching method,problem-basedteaching,topic-based situational teaching and other confusing concepts,we can deepen the comprehensive and scientific cognition of topic-based teaching.On this basis,from the teaching The contents of topic-based teaching are summarized in five aspects: openness and comprehensiveness of topic-based teaching content,serialization and integrity of design,diversity and innovation of form,participatory and generative of process,diversity of function and moral education.Three elements of topic-based teaching are summarized,namely,topic,discussion and activity task.This part finally settled in the high school ideological and political course implementation topic-based teaching necessity,pointed out that topic-based teaching is the need to build an active subject curriculum,is an important way to implement the subject core literacy goals,but also to promote the students in-depth learning should choose.The second part is the investigation and analysis of the influencing factors of topic-based teaching dilemma.This part first introduces the design idea of this investigation,the research object and so on basic situation.Then,combined with the survey data and interview results,the author focuses on six aspects,such as teachers' cognitive attitude,traditional concept habits,teachers' professional quality,students' participation state,teaching evaluation mechanism,school soft and hard environment,and explains in depth the factors that affect the effectiveness of topic-based teaching.The teacher's teaching attitude,especially the cognition of topic-based teaching,is the primary factor that affects the implementation of teaching;the traditional concept habits,including teachers' orientation of the role of teachers and students,traditional methods of preparing lessons and previous teaching habits,restrict the effective attempt and exploration of new methods of topic-based teaching in high school ideological and political courses.Teachers' professional quality,including teachers' knowledge reserve,topic resource development and teaching design ability,teaching organization and regulation ability,are the key factors that affect the efficiency and quality of topic-based teaching.The evaluation mechanism of teaching and the soft and hard environment of the school are the influencing topics objective factors of teaching implementation.The third part discusses the strategies to promote the effective implementation of topic-based teaching in high school ideological and political courses.Based on the analysis of the above influencing factors and the concrete teaching examples,a series of implementation principles and countermeasures of topic-based teaching are put forward.It mainly includes:renewing teaching concept,strengthening educational innovation consciousness;expanding teaching resources and improving topic design ability;paying attention to situation optimization and improving students' participation state in teaching design;paying attention to teachers' guidance in class and enhancing the effectiveness of inquiry;in the link of reflection and evaluation,teachers should base themselves on literacy goal and implement comprehensive and effective evaluation;finally,schools need to create a good topic-based teaching environment by strengthening the construction of software and hardware.
