Under the background of the global aging problem,the participation of physical exercise in the elderly in China is insufficient,and the incidence of overweight and obesity continues to rise.As a result,the physical function of the elderly is gradually declining and the physical health is declining,thus affecting the normal life of the elderly;A large number of studies have shown that exercise can maintain and improve the physical health of the elderly and promote the physical health of the elderly.This study is based on the aging population,the national fitness program and the “Healthy China 2030”.It is based on the community street center in Shanghai.The community health care model is used to study the physical health of overweight elderly people.Months of experimental intervention,testing and evaluation of body composition,physical fitness indicators,and sleep quality,and adjustment and implementation of sports health management program at the end of each month,adjusting sports health management based on monthly evaluation results The program to meet the needs of improving the health of the elderly.ObjectiveUnder the aging of the population and the perspective of “Healthy China 2030”,the impact of sports health management on the physical fitness of overweight elderly people in the community is discussed.Methods100 people from a certain community in Shanghai(46 randomly divided into the control group and 54 in the sports health management group)were selected.The overweight elderly people aged over 60 years with BMI ? 24 were involved in sports health management intervention,and adopted the sports health management model for overweight elderly.Human physique health is carried out for a three-month intervention.After one month,two months,and three months after exercise health management,the body composition(BMI,skeletal muscle,body fat,body moisture,and fat removal)of overweight elderly people Body weight,body fat ratio,waist-to-hip ratio,visceral grade),physical fitness indicators(spirometry,systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,pulse,grip strength,sitting body flexion,closed eyes,one foot standing,reaction time,bone density,arteriosclerosis Test andevaluate the three aspects of sleep quality,and conduct evaluation,adjustment and implementation of the sports health management plan at the end of each month,and adjust the sports health management plan according to the monthly evaluation results to meet the needs of improving the health of the elderly.Results1.The effect of exercise health management on the body composition of overweight elderly people: Compared with the exercise health management experiment,the skeletal muscle content and fat-free body weight of overweight elderly men increased significantly after exercise health management for three months(P<0.05).,BMI,body fat,waist-to-hip ratio were significantly decreased(P<0.05),body fat ratio.There was a significant decrease(P<0.01),a significant decrease in visceral fat grade(P<0.01),and an increase in body water but no significant difference(P>0.05);skeletal muscle weight in overweight elderly women increased significantly(P>0.05)P<0.01),the visceral fat grade was significantly decreased(P<0.01),the fat-removing body weight was significantly increased(P<0.05),and the BMI,body fat,waist-to-hip ratio were significantly decreased(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in water(P>0.05).2.The impact of sports health management on the physical fitness indicators of overweight elderly:(1)changes in the physical fitness of overweight elderly people before and after sports health management: male grip strength,sitting body flexion and closed eye one foot standing performance significantly improved(P <0.05),the reaction time was significantly shortened(P < 0.05).Female grip strength,sitting position flexion,closed eyes and one foot standing scores were significantly improved(P<0.01),and the reaction time was significantly shortened(P<0.05).(2)Changes in body function of overweight elderly people before and after exercise health management: male lung capacity increased significantly(P<0.05),and systolic and diastolic blood pressure decreased significantly(P<0.05).The lung capacity of women was significantly increased(P<0.01),and the systolic and diastolic blood pressures were significantly decreased(P<0.01).(3)Changes in bone mineral density in overweight elderly people before and after exercise health management: male bone mineral density was significantly increased(P<0.05),and female bone mineral density was significantly increased(P<0.01).(4)Changes in arteriosclerosis in overweight elderly patients before and after exercise health management: Male arteriosclerosis was significantly decreased(P<0.05),and female arteriosclerosis wasalso significantly decreased(P<0.01).3.The impact of exercise health management on the sleep quality of overweight elderly people: Compared with the exercise health management experiment,after three months of exercise health management,the total score of sleep in overweight males was significantly decreased(P<0.05),and the efficiency of falling asleep The quality of sleep was significantly improved(P<0.05).The time of sleep and sleep time decreased but the change was not significant.The use of hypnotic drugs and daytime disorders decreased,but there was no significant change(P>0.05).The score of sleep impairment was reduced but there was still no significant change(P>0.05).The total score of sleep in overweight elderly women was significantly decreased(P<0.05),and the efficiency of sleep and the quality of sleep were significantly increased(P<0.05).The time of sleep and sleep time were reduced but the change was not significant.The use of hypnotic drugs and daily The interdiction was decreased,but there was no significant change(P>0.05).There was no significant change in the sleep disorder(P>0.05).ConclusionsThrough the three-month sports health management mode,Health Qigong and Yijinjing exercise as the main intervention methods,the body composition,physical fitness level indicators and sleep quality of overweight elderly people have also been significantly improved and improved,resulting in very Positive fitness effects.
