Objective:this paper questionnaire investigation about the present situation of old people take part in physical exercise, and index of108elderly people has carried on the related analysis of the measurement. The specific influence through physical exercise to the body index to illustrate the good effect of physical exercise to the body health, better take part in physical exercise to provide factual basis for the people, for the elderly to actively take part in physical exercise to provide basis for scientific, improve the quality of the old people’s health. Methods:By reading lots of literature about analysis of research status quo of physical exercise for the elderly health, design the questionnaire investigation, and used the central laboratory of the investigators of the height, weight, blood pressure, heart rate, ankle arm index ABI and pulse wave conduction velocity PWV, bone mineral density body index test, sorts through related data analysis.Results:1. The survey65%of older adults have actively aware of the importance of physical exercise,83.3%of the elderly in physical fitness, disease prevention as the main training motivation, and nearly50%of older men and women to exercise a day are more than60minutes, or more than50%of older men and women to exercise more often to achieve more than five times a week.2. The investigation and study, often take part in physical exercise of the elderly dizziness often happen with4.4%,11.1%often suffer from insomnia, sleep time is less than7hours,41.1%; Not often take part in physical exercise16.7%of elderly people will often appear dizziness,27.7%of the elderly often suffer from insomnia would happen,55.5%of older people sleep less than7hours.3. Participate in regular physical exercise standard of50%of the elderly body weight, systolic blood pressure on the high side28.8%,12.2%of diastolic blood pressure on the high side, the heart rate in the normal range of87.8%, have blocked arteries may account for3.3%, the pulse propagation velocity anomaly is30.2%(men), bone mineral density of normal28.8%; Not often take part in physical exercise of the elderly38.9%overweight,22.2%grade I obesity,33.3%higher systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure on the high side16.7%, with77.8%of normal heart rate, blocked arteries may be5.5%, abnormal pulse propagation speed of80%(men), for often attends the physical exercise of the elderly and often pulse wave conduction velocity of T test, P<0.5.55.5%in the stage of low bone mineral density. Conclusion: 1. Most old people can actively aware of the importance of physical exercise, and take part in physical exercise motivation are diverse, they actively, insist for a long time, and participate in regular physical exercise can increase the effect of exercise, exercise satisfy people’s needs.2. Most old people often take part in physical exercise can improve the elderly of vertigo symptoms, relieve insomnia situation, ensure the quality of sleep. Not often take part in physical exercise of the elderly often symptoms of dizziness, insomnia is more serious, and cannot assure enough sleep time. Older women and older men a slight difference in the body.3. Often take part in physical exercise of the elderly most weight standard, normal blood pressure, heart rate is normal; Not often take part in physical exercise of the elderly most overweight or obesity, hardening of the arteries phenomenon is relatively serious, often take part in physical exercise and not often take part in physical exercise of the elderly pulse wave conduction velocity have significant differences. Often take part in physical exercise of the elderly bone health is higher than the old people often take part in physical exercise, not often take part in physical exercise of the elderly a few bone health, osteoporosis is more severe.
