On June 21,2018,the Ministry of Education convened a national conference on undergraduate education in Colleges and universities in Chengdu,Sichuan Province.The meeting emphasized that we should adhere to the principle of "taking this as the foundation",promote the "four returns",speed up the construction of high-level undergraduate education,and comprehensively improve the ability of personnel training.In November of the same year,Wu Yan,Director of Higher Education Department of the Ministry of Education,published a report entitled "Building China's Golden Course" at the 11 th "Teaching Forum of Chinese Universities",proposing to create five golden courses,including online and offline hybrid "golden courses".SPOC,as a hybrid teaching mode combining online and offline teaching,integrates the concept of hybrid learning and flipping classroom.Its appearance caters to the concept of "first-class discipline construction".The main purpose of this study is to use SPOC concept for reference,innovate teaching mode,and design school physical education curriculum.The subject takes the physical education major "school physical education" curriculum as the research object,mainly adopts the research method for the literature material method,the questionnaire survey method,the design research method and so on.Based on SPOC related research and specific cases,the design principles and basis of SPOC teaching mode were proposed.Based on the front-end analysis,the overall design of "school physical education" course was carried out by using SPOC teaching mode,and an evaluation system suitable for "school physical education" course under SPOC mode was constructed.And one chapter SPOC course practical application and verification.The survey shows that 60% of students like and accept the use of the Internet for learning.Due to the traditional classroom methods and means are relatively simple,the depth and breadth of knowledge development is insufficient,and the interaction between teachers and students is limited by classroom and other factors,only 1/4 of students take the initiative to participate in learning activities,resulting in poor teaching effect.SPOC mode was introduced for the teaching practice of school physical education courses,and the test showed that more than 70% of students recognized and hoped to continue to adopt this kind of teaching mode,and more than 60% of students improved their learning efficiency.The research draws the following conclusions:(1)SPOC teaching mode effectively promotes the course construction,promotes the course teaching reform,the change of evaluation method,the innovation of guiding ideology and teaching structure.In SPOC environment,the curriculum design of "school physical education" plays a positive role in inspiring students to study hard and guiding teachers to devote themselves to teaching.(2)SPOC environment "school sports learning" course design pay more attention to students' personalized development,arouse the enthusiasm of the students' learning autonomy and,basic knowledge structure of the fragmentation of the learning time,online interaction of teaching help pick up the students completed the acquisition of knowledge and internalization,greatly satisfy the students' learning needs,to improve the students' learning ability.(3)in the context of Internet + in the information age,curriculum teaching reform should keep pace with The Times,be diversified and open,and constantly update teaching ideas.Active learning experience in which teachers and students are highly interactive and involved in class is the core of SPOC course design.Therefore,inquiry-based,interactive,discussion,case-based teaching methods become the main body of teaching method.(4)the entire design and implementation of SPOC course is a complex system engineering,which requires multi-dimensional and multi-perspective comprehensive consideration and thinking,comprehensive integration,and the corresponding evaluation system support,otherwise it will affect the implementation effect.The subject focuses on the "people-oriented" education and follows the teaching practice from the perspective of SPOC environment "school physical education" curriculum design,discusses the optimization and innovation of teaching mode,strives to realize the online and offline hybrid "gold class" exploration,and explores multiple application modes of "gold class".It provides reference for promoting the curriculum construction in colleges and universities.
