In recent years,China's sports industry has flourished,competitive sports have flourished in the world,and the domestic sports market economy has also developed rapidly.In this era of informationization and globalization,more and more people are affected by Western sports culture and are engaged in fitness.More and more people are liberating at work,people have more and more leisure and entertainment time,various sports and cultural activities,training activities are developing at a high speed,so the demand for sports talents in the society is growing,and in the market.There are more and more sports posts.In addition,the school also urgently needs new sports talents to change the phenomenon of students' physical decline,body posture and body obesity.The students' personality in contemporary society has increasingly highlighted the characteristics of the post-modern era.Students have been released from the traditional environment.The open information age makes students' development full of possibilities.Traditional skill teaching has been unable to establish the authority of teachers,using strict words and rigid hierarchy to change students' attitudes towards physical education,nor to current students.They are afraid of hard-working stereotypes to look at the learning activities of students.Institutions of higher learning have great challenges in cultivating sports professionals.How can colleges and universities respond to the impact of the market and cultivate sports talents suitable for future market needs.This study is representative of the physical education majors of the three sports colleges in Northeast China.It is representative of the physical education majors of the three sports colleges.It is representative of the physical education majors in the colleges.The prominence of this can reflect the status quo of the training of physical education professionals in Northeast China to a certain extent;through the collection of talent training programs for the physical education majors of the three institutions,as well as the junior and senior students of the physical education majors of the three institutions.The object is based on the literature method,the questionnaire survey method,the logic analysis method,and the comparative study on the curriculum of several representative schoolsabroad.Through research,the following conclusions and recommendations are drawn:(1)The curriculum content of physical education majors in the three physical education colleges does not meet the training requirements of physical education teachers at all levels in their personnel training.The curriculum should be based on the actual educational conditions and meet the requirements of all age groups.(2)The training objectives of physical education professionals in the three sports colleges should be close to the actual situation of basic education.The scope of teacher training should fully consider whether the teacher education theory and the mastery of sports knowledge can cope with the actual teaching problems corresponding to it.(3)The setting of the public curriculum should fully take into account the basic concepts of general education.Under the premise of the state requirements,the students should fully consider the current cultural level of the students,their individuality,and their position in the times.Knowledge to improve their ability to recognize and recognize contemporary life and their ability to adapt to contemporary life.(4)The setting of the educational theory course should be based on the generality of the principle,and should set specific educational problems at different levels and levels,so that the students of the physical education majors of the three physical education colleges have a real meaning in the actual teaching.Possible problems in the activity,let students understand the current situation of teaching at a certain age level,and learn how to use the principle education theory to solve the irrational phenomenon in the status quo.(5)The setting of sports skill courses in the three sports colleges should pay attention to the development of student project theory,and combine the theoretical system of sports knowledge with the sports situation;it should be considered whether students have strong training in all sports programs prescribed by the school.The enthusiasm and dedication of the students,pay attention to the students' autonomy and personality development;reduce the number of sports and complicated sports,not only the relief of students' psychological burden,but also the better investment in the sports skills they love.
