| Home-school cooperation is an educational measure in which families and schools work together to promote the growth of students.It aims to create a kind of the harmonious relationship with interactive communication and coordination between the family and school as well as play a synergistic effect in education,so as to generate an education resultant force,in order to jointly promote students’healthy development of moral character,behavior habit,learning ability and other aspects.The communication and cooperation between the home and the school enhances the support and understanding between each other.While improving each other’s educating ability and comprehensive quality,a strong educational synergy can be formed,so as to better promote the school work.Home-school cooperation and interaction have attracted wide attention in the field of school management and moral education.However,there is little research in the field of the given subject teaching.This paper adopts the methods of questionnaires,interviews and other methods to collate and analyze the related issues and current situation of the cooperation between Chinese reading teaching in the third learning stage of X Elementary School,and through analysis of necessity,we can find that the current research of the third learning stage of Chinese reading teaching of Home-school cooperation is of great value and significance in better learning instrumental and humanistic Chinese subject,cultivating good reading habit and reading ability since childhood and improving their writing abilities.In the investigation of the home-school cooperation in the third learning stage of X Elementary School,the author found that the level of school organization and management needs to be improved.There is a lack of regular teacher training for home-school cooperation and the need for innovative ways to improve the efficiency of home-school cooperation.For teachers,the teaching emphasis need to be corrected,which is specifically reflected in the fact that,the role of parents’ meeting in the home-school cooperation in reading teaching is not yet obvious,teacher burnout occurs frequently and seriously neglect of home-school cooperation,etc..For parents,the subjectivity needs to be strengthened,which mainly reflected in the poor concept of strengthening home-school cooperation to form education resultant force,less energy involved in home-school cooperation,and lack of ability in home-school cooperation.From the perspective of students,the existing problems such as lack of family communication mechanism,insufficient communication opportunities between teachers and students,and their poor reading habits.Aimed at the problems existing in the school,teachers,parents and students,which can be respectively implement the practice between teacher and home-school cooperation from professional training of home-school cooperation to teachers on regular basis.Take full advantage of information media to enhance the efficiency of home-school cooperation and improve the level of school organization and management,enrich the content and form of parents’ meeting and optimize the function of home visit to promote family education.Appropriately use the home school contact book and make reasonable use of parent resources to effectively enhance the parents’ initiative effect,and actively build an open Chinese class,provide a home-school cooperation network platform to improve and promote the communication channel of students and other aspects.Thus,it produces a positive influence and reference value on the home-school cooperative study of Chinese reading teaching in the third learning stage. |
