Case teaching method is a relatively new teaching method,which is widely used in high school geography teaching.On the one hand,case teaching method can connect typical geographical cases with geographical theories and principles,so that students can acquire geographic knowledge and master geographic methods through the analysis of geographical cases.On the other hand,through the inquiry of problems and cooperative inquiry,it can give full play to the guiding role of teachers and improve students' participation in class.It can not only help students to establish regional cognition,but also improve students' ability to extract and integrate geographic information,and cultivate students' ability of knowledge transfer and application.The characteristics of regional geography in senior high school is to cultivate students' coordination view by analyzing regional cases.Therefore,it is the common concern of geography teachers to study the application of regional geography typical case teaching in high schools,find out the existing problems and put forward relevant suggestions,which is also the main purpose of this paper.This paper mainly adopts the methods of literature research,questionnaire survey and classroom observation to investigate and study the application of typical case teaching of regional geography in high school.And it analyzes the survey data,finds out the existing problems and analyzes the reasons,and puts forward relevant optimization suggestions.The research results show that the typical case teaching of regional geography in senior high school is very necessary.Therefore,this paper puts forward relevant optimization suggestions,from the case teaching method itself,teaching organization and implementation,teaching current situation.It tries to provide some help for the application of typical case teaching of regional geography in senior high school.The details are as follows.The first part is the introduction.It mainly introduces the research background,research significance,the domestic and foreign research present situation,technical route.The second part is related concepts and theoretical basis.This part mainly introduces the concepts of case,geography case and geography case teaching.And it puts forward its theoretical basis as the structuralism learning theory,multiple intelligence theory,caseteaching theory and situated theory.The third part is the analysis of the current situation of regional geography case teaching in senior high school.This part mainly uses the questionnaire survey method to study the students and teachers,to analyze the survey data and find out the current problems in case teaching.The fourth part is the organization and implementation of high school regional geography typical case teaching.This paper mainly analyzes the cases of the regional geography textbooks in senior high school,and puts forward some suggestions for case compilation.The fifth part is about the optimization suggestions of regional geography case teaching in senior high school,trying to contribute to regional geography case teaching in senior high school.
