The concept of shared development is one of the "five major development concepts" proposed by the Fifth Plenary Session of the 18 th CPC Central Committee.It is of great theoretical value and practical significance to put forward the concept of shared development in the period of Chinese transition and the decisive period of building a well-off society in an all-round way.However,if the scientific concept of development can not be seriously implemented,can not be internalized into the general value of the people,and can not be externalized into the external practice of moral cultivation,then the concept will not be truly implemented.With the implementation of the concept of shared development and the success of its business model,more and more people have given a high degree of recognition to the concept of shared development.One of the most representative business models is the sharing of bicycles.It uses advanced mobile Internet to rationally deploy campus bicycle resources.From 2014 to mid-2018,it successfully settled in more than 200 universities across the country and also in more than 30 cities in China.Operation work.Since its development,shared bicycles have the resources of millions of bicycles,and the amount of orders exceeds 100 million yuan.More than 10 million people in China can enjoy the convenient services provided by shared bicycles.At the same time as convenient travel,sharing bicycles can be known to the public at such a rapid rate of transmission,appearing in major urban areas,and being publicized and reported by major media.There must be many stories and reasons behind it that are worth exploring.While rapidly spreading,it also has a positive and negative impact on the public and society.Many problems with sharing bicycles have thus "surfaced."This paper explores the theoretical and practical significance of the shared development concept to the social moral education of collegestudents through the methods of literature research and comparative research.Part I,Introduction.This paper mainly expounds the background and significance of the thesis,combs the research results of scholars at home and abroad on all aspects of the concept of shared development,and strengthens the theoretical foundation for the research of this paper.The second part defines the relevant concepts,including the connotation and main features of the shared development concept,and explores the importance of the shared development concept to the study of social ethics education of college students.The third part is the guiding ideology and basic principles of moral education for college students under the concept of shared development.Theory is the forerunner of action,thought is the guide of action,and principle is the criterion of action.Through the analysis of the traditional Chinese moral education thoughts,the advanced social moral education theory and the excellent ethical guiding ideology of the West,especially the education of young people and college students,It can provide enlightening guidance for the development of social moral education of college students in the current shared development concept.It can also provide teaching ideas and work directions for relevant educators.The fourth part is about the actual situation of social moral education of college students under the concept of shared development.The study of individual social morality education of college students will interact with each other and develop dynamically from four aspects: knowledge,feelings,intentions,and behavior,so as to improve the pertinence and effectiveness of moral education of college students.The fifth part,based on the analysis of the reasons why the social moral education of college students is out of line under the concept of shared development,puts forward corresponding countermeasures.That is,taking the legal system construction as the guarantee,the socialist core values asthe guide,the school education as the leading,the family education as the aid,the self-education as the key response measures,in order to provide reference to the college students 'social moral education work.
