Research On The Cultivation Of Contemporary College Students' Shared Development Concept

Standing at the historical juncture of building a well-off society in an all-round way,facing the severe situation of complicated and changeable situation at home and abroad,new opportunities and challenges coexisting in economic and social development.The Communist Party of China always keeps in mind the people-centered ideological concept,takes development issues as the orientation,persists in concrete analysis of specific situations,and concisely puts forward five new development concepts: innovation,coordination,green,open and sharing.Guided by the new concept of development,whether it seeks innovative,coordinated,green or open development,its ultimate goal is to meet the people's needs for balanced and coordinated development of social material and spiritual civilization.Among them,the concept of shared development is a collection of concepts,which integrates all the people,all-round sharing,co-construction and gradual sharing.It always centers around the "people" as the center,guided by the principle of Co-construction and sharing,takes the prominent problems in social development as the breakthrough point,regards the solution of social fairness and justice as the top priority,which is an important embodiment of the essential requirements of socialism with Chinese characteristics,and points out a new direction for the realization of the goal of "two hundred years".As an important part of Ideological and political education in Colleges and universities,the cultivation of the concept of shared development should constantly guide college students to fully understand the value of "co-construction",establish a correct sense of "sharing",and help them achieve free and comprehensive development.It is of great and far-reaching significance to ensure that the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics is flourishing and has successors.After analyzing the necessity and feasibility of cultivating the concept of shared development of contemporary college students,this paper investigates the current situation of cultivating the concept of shared development of contemporary college students,analyses the achievements,problems and reasons in the process of cultivation,and puts forward some suggestions in order to help college students better establish and practice the concept of shared development.Idea.This paper mainly consists of three parts:The first part explains the necessity and feasibility of cultivating the concept of shared development of contemporary college students.The connotation of the concept of shared development is explained scientifically and comprehensively,and the historical origin of the formation of the concept of shared development is traced from both theoretical and practical aspects.It is pointed out clearly that it is necessary to cultivate the concept of shared development for Contemporary College students,which is conducive to the innovative development of Ideological and political education in Colleges and universities,to the better undertaking of the historical mission of contemporary college students,and to the free and all-round development of contemporary college students.From the three aspects of the mission of the new era,the meaning of the cultivation of socialist core values and the inherent requirement of Ideological and political education in Colleges and universities,it is analyzed that it is feasible to cultivate the concept of shared development for Contemporary College students.The second part investigates and analyses the current situation of College Students' shared development concept,and analyses the achievements,problems and reasons in the current cultivation process.Firstly,the design of the questionnaire and the basic situation of the sample are analyzed.Secondly,according to the data obtained from the survey,this paper analyses the advantages of the current cultivation of the shared development concept of College students: contemporary college students have a higher awareness of the shared development concept,a higher degree of recognition,and a firm will to practice it.Thirdly,combining with data analysis,this paper explores the shortcomings of the current cultivation of the concept of shared development among college students: college students do not have a deep understanding of the sharing of the whole people,a comprehensive understanding of the sharing is not enough,the implementation of Co-construction and sharing needs to be strengthened,and the understanding of gradual sharing is not thorough enough.Finally,the reasons for the shortcomings are further analyzed: there are still some shortcomings in the cultivation of the concept of shared development in higher education,the awareness of the concept of shared development in family education is insufficient,the shortcomings of college students themselves restrict the cultivation of the concept of shared development,and the social macro-environment also has a certain impact on the cultivation of the concept of shared development.According to the current situation,find out the reasons,then we can solve the problem pertinently.The third part is the innovative path of cultivating the concept of shared development of contemporary college students.In the second part,some reasonable suggestions are put forward according to the analysis of the problems and reasons in the process of cultivating the concept of shared development.Guided by such basic educational principles as orientation,student-centered,combination of solving ideological and practical problems,and subject penetration.Firstly,we should make clear the cultivation goal of contemporary college students' shared development concept,guide them to fully understand the value of Co-construction-cultivate college students' correct sense of sharing,and help them achieve free and comprehensive development.Secondly,enrich the content of cultivating the concept of shared development of Contemporary College Students-carry out the "three views" education of "shared" for college students,the concept of interests education and the education of fairness and justice.Thirdly,we should innovate the methods of Cultivating Contemporary College Students' shared development concept,namely,the exchange discussion method,the "Internet +" sharing education method,the sharing theory education and the sharing practice education.Finally,we should form a joint force to cultivate the concept of shared development of contemporary college students,which is guaranteed by the cultivation of "shared" in schools,supplemented by the cultivation of "shared" in families,based on students' self-consciousness of "shared" and supported by the atmosphere of "shared" in society.In this way,we can continuously improve the actual effect of cultivating the concept of shared development of contemporary college students.
