Ancient poetry is a treasure of Chinese history and culture.It occupies an important position in the history of Chinese literature.It condenses the wisdom and emotion of the elite of Chinese ancient culture and has high artistic charm and cultural value.Therefore,educating teenagers to learn Chinese ancient poetry well has dual significance of improving their core literacy of Chinese subject and inheriting our excellent traditional culture.Ancient poetry teaching has always been the focus and difficulty of Chinese teaching in senior high schools in China.The leap of the form and the implicit expression of ancient poetry make it difficult for students to grasp the content and emotion of ancient poetry accurately.In addition,due to the influence of examination-oriented thinking,the teaching of ancient poetry in senior high school Chinese has certain utilitarianism.With the development of the new course improvement,scholars and front-line teachers continue to explore new teaching methods of ancient Chinese poetry in senior high schools,to a certain extent,improve the utilitarianism and examination-oriented teaching of ancient Chinese poetry in senior high schools,so that students can pay attention to the author's emotions and mood of poetry in the process of learning ancient poetry,and enhance students' ability of self-interpretation.However,these methods still have some limitations,such as the deviation of emotional interpretation and the neglect of students' differentiation.In this context,the concept of complementary white is introduced into the teaching of ancient Chinese poetry in senior high schools,which is in line with the jumping characteristics of ancient poetry texts and the need for interpretation of the realm of ancient poetry.The application of complementary white in the teaching of ancient Chinese poetry in senior high schools is embodied by relying on the current teaching conditions such as abundant teaching aided reference materials,network information resources and the continuous improvement of the quality of first-line Chinese teachers.Necessity and feasibility.In order to overcome the shortcomings of the two main teaching methods of ancient poetry,which are reading-oriented and situational-oriented,this paper puts forward the concrete practice methods of the application of complementary white in the teaching of ancient poetry in senior high school Chinese,including series,connection,contrast and material supplement,and provides abundant teaching cases of complementary white.The introduction of complementary blanks in the teaching of ancient poetry in senior high school Chinese can effectively overcome students' reading barriers to ancient poetry,and make the teaching content of ancient poetry fully expanded and extended,so that students can get rid of relying on teachers' interpretation,learn to appreciate themselves,develop the habit of accumulating and thinking deeply about ancient poetry in our country,and excavate ancient poetry on the basis of understanding the interpretation of ancient poetry text.Inner artistic conception and emotion,and enhance the students' ability to express words.As far as the teaching of Chinese is concerned,the purpose of this paper is to improve the teaching effect and quality of ancient Chinese poetry in senior high school,give full play to students' subjectivity,and meet the requirements of the new edition of Chinese Curriculum Standards for Senior High School(2017 edition)for students' Chinese subject literacy of "thinking divergence and quality,language construction and application,aesthetic appreciation and creation,cultural inheritance and understanding".The all-round development of students provides effective theoretical value and practical reference for the application of complementary blanks in the teaching of ancient Chinese poetry in senior high schools.Based on literature review,expert interview and case analysis,this paper defines the concept of complementary white and combs the theoretical basis of complementary white from the relevant theories at home and abroad.Secondly,it discusses the necessity of applying complementary white in the teaching of ancient Chinese poetry in senior high schools.Thirdly,it summarizes the existing problems in the teaching of ancient Chinese poetry in senior high school.Finally,it puts forward the application methods and specific cases of filling blanks in senior high school Chinese teaching.
