With the continuous development of sports in our country,people attach more and more importance to school sports.The opinions of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council on strengthening the physical Fitness of teenagers,promulgated in 2007,are clearly put forward.Strengthening the constitution of the youth and promoting the healthy growth of the youth is a major event related to the future of the country and the nation.It is necessary to strengthen student's undefined physique as one of the basic goals of school education,establish and perfect the school physical education work mechanism,and fully guarantee the school physical education and student sports activities.The Shanghai Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government attaches great importance to the physical and mental health of young people and the construction of physical education courses in schools,carries out in depth the reform of the physical education curriculum,and deeply implements "primary school interest,diversification of junior high schools,and specialization of senior high schools." The reform of university individualized physical education curriculum,the construction of a gradual and scientific physical education curriculum system.Taking Yangpu District of Shanghai as an example,this paper studies the present situation of the reform of "junior high school sports diversification" and "senior high school sports specialization" in this area,finds out the existing problems,and puts forward the promotion strategy of curriculum reform.To provide a reference for the further optimization and promotion of physical education curriculum reform in Shanghai.In this paper,literature,interview,questionnaire,mathematical statistics,curriculum management,curriculum implementation,classroom teaching,teaching staff,This paper investigates the present situation of physical education curriculum reform in the pilot junior middle school and the pilot high school in Yangpu District from five aspects of conditions and guarantees.On the basis of mastering the first-hand information,it analyzes the influencing factors of the reform.The final conclusion is that:1.The curriculum management system of the experimental junior middle school of physical education curriculum reform in Yangpu District of Shanghai is relatively perfect,and the curriculum management system of the pilot high school is more perfect than that of the junior middle school.However,both of them have the problems of low construction rate of incentive mechanism and performance appraisal system and that nearly half of schools do not have supporting teaching materials.2.In Yangpu District,the pilot junior high school and the pilot high school are in good condition.The proportion of the projects in the pilot junior high school is more balanced,the opening rate of the folk national sports is the highest,which is beneficial to the inheritance and development of the Chinese traditional culture,and the opening rate of the other classes of the project is comparable.The proportion of special types opened in the pilot high school is clear,the opening rate of the three big balls is the highest,the opening rate of the three small balls is generally the lowest,and the swimming special opening rate is the lowest.The high school has the problem of concentration and difficulty in the selection of the special course.3.The implementation of small class teaching and stratified teaching in Yangpu pilot junior high school is not ideal,the quality of classroom teaching needs to be further improved,and physical education teachers need to be improved in the diversification of teaching methods and the arrangement of physical exercise time.Teachers pay little attention to the evaluation of studentsundefined physical education accomplishment.The implementation of small class teaching and stratified teaching in high school pilot schools is ideal,but the effect of studentsundefined study and training in class is poor,and the effectiveness of fitness is poor;the evaluation system of teachers to students is more comprehensive.Diversified curriculum in junior middle school and specialized curriculum in senior middle school have a good connection with "teaching content",and "teaching form" has a poor connection.4.Yangpu District pilot junior high school and pilot high school teachers have common ground: the professional title structure is more reasonable,competent for teaching work is good,scientific research work is more common;students' recognition of teachers is high.Differences: the academic level of teachers in junior high school pilot schools needs to be improved;teachers are scarce and the ratio between men and women is uneven;the academic level of teachers in high school pilot schools is more reasonable;The proportion of male and female teachers is balanced and the quantity is relatively sufficient,but there is still a need for supplement;the special coincidence rate of teachers as a whole needs to be improved.5.Yangpu District junior high school pilot schools and high school pilot schools in terms of conditions in common: a small part of the school funds are inadequate and not earmarked;about half of the schools to excess workload teachers subsidies are not in place;Sports venues can not meet the needs of teaching;outdoor physical education is greatly affected by the weather;in sports safety education for students to do a better job.Differences: junior high school sports equipment is poor,high school sports equipment is well equipped.6.The implementation of physical education curriculum reform in Yangpu District has improved and improved the knowledge,skills,social adaptation and will quality of middle school students.Students have a good grasp of physical exercise methods,but their actual level of physical education knowledge and sports skills have not reached the ideal state.The improvement degree of junior middle school studentsundefined knowledge,skills,social adaptation and will quality is more obvious than that of senior middle school students,which may be related to the intense learning atmosphere and pressure of study.7.The main factors of the reform of the PE course in Yangpu District are the school management factors,the course construction factors,the physical education factors,the physical education teachersundefined factors and the safeguard measures.
