| Education is the foundation of the Centennial plan;The overall plan of education is based on teachers.The primary school stage is an important enlightenment period for the development of primary school students’ moral character,and it is necessary to play an important role in educating people in the ethics and rule of law curriculum,while the morality and rule of law teachers bear the heavy responsibility of taking the good morality and rule of law course and guiding students to buckle the first button of life.The key to running the ideological and political theory course well lies in teachers.The role of Ideological and political course is irreplaceable,and the responsibility of Ideological and political course teachers is great.Nowadays,although the development of primary school moral and rule of law teachers has made some achievements,there are still problems to be solved.Therefore,the study of primary school moral and rule of law teachers is conducive to promote the development of primary school moral and rule of law teachers in the direction of high-quality specialization and innovation,and strive to promote the primary school moral and rule of law teachers to become a teacher team with strong politics,deep feelings,new thinking,wide vision,strict self-discipline and positive personality.This study mainly adopts the literature method,questionnaire method and interview method as the research methods,and mainly focuses on the ethics and rule of law teachers of some primary schools in the Y district of L City.Through the analysis of the current situation of the moral and rule of law teachers in some primary schools in the Y district of L City,it is understood that the current primary school ethics and rule of law teachers mainly have problems such as unreasonable structure of the teacher team,lack of professional quality of teachers,inadequate professional training and learning of teachers,and imperfect teacher management system.Through the analysis,the reasons for these problems are mainly due to the incomplete system of teacher team construction,the special status of disciplines,the neglect of the development of ethics and rule of law teachers in schools,and the lack of motivation for the development of ethics and rule of law teachers themselves.Based on the in-depth analysis of the problems and causes,this study proposes relevant countermeasures from the three main bodies of the government and education departments,schools and teachers,and the government and education departments should improve relevant policies and systems;schools should strengthen the management of the moral and rule of law teacher team and teachers actively carry out self-learning to improve their sense of professional identity,in order to effectively enhance the professional development of the primary school ethics and rule of law teacher team,and effectively promote the construction of the primary school ethics and rule of law teacher team. |
