Analysis Of Beijing's Population And Industrial Development From The Perspective Of Regional Development

In February 2014,President Xi Jinping proposed a major national strategy of "the coordinated development of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region",which clarified the direction and path of coordinated development of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.In recent years,the construction of the Xiongan New Area and Tongzhou subsidiary administrative center has progressed rapidly.The Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region through nurturing innovation-driven development new area,relieving Beijing of functions nonessential to its role as the capital,promoting industrial upgrading and rational distribution of population,and exploring a new model of optimized development in densely populated areas.In the process,Beijing's population and industry showed rapid changes.This paper from the perspective of regional development,from the comparative analysis of the three major economic regions,the comparative analysis of the statistics of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei,the paper draws the comparative characteristics of Beijing's economy and population development;through the statistical analysis of the current situation and changes of Beijing's population and industry before and after the implementation of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei coordinated development strategy,the basic conclusions of Beijing's population and industry development are given.First of all,this paper compares the economic and population development of the Pearl River Delta,the Yangtze River Delta,and the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei economic region.The three major economic regions are unbalanced developing,the production efficiency,the production and operation status of high-tech industries,and the ability of innovation development of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region are far behind the Yangtze River Delta and the Pearl River Delta region.The Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region needs to improve the overall economic strength,but also needs to improve the level of innovation development.Secondly,this paper compares the Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei with relevant indicators such as population development,economic status and industrial structure,and gives the current situation of population and economic development in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei.The industrial structure of Beijing and Tianjin is "three,two,one",while Hebei Province is "two,three,one".The economic development and employment promotion in Hebei Province mainly depend on traditional manufacturing,griculture,forestry,animal husbandry and fisheries,the industrial transformation is slow.Beijing is in a relatively developed position in economic development and high-tech industry development,but its economic promotion to Hebei is not obvious.The development gap between Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei is obvious,and it is of practical significance and necessity to promote the coordinated and balanced development of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei.Finally,this paper analyzes the population and industrial development of various districts in Beijing.Comprehensive calculation of population pressure in Beijing using principal component analysis,it is found that the population of Beijing has been controlled in the past two years,but the population pressure is increasing.According to the analysis of population distribution and industrial development in various municipal districts,the population and economic development of various districts in Beijing are uneven,the city center has a concentrated population and developed economy,while the economic development outside the city is slow and the economy is backward.In order to enrich the research of this paper,the author conducted a survey on the redevelopment of the original Beijing enterprises relocated to Hebei Province.Through investigations,it was found that the relocation of enterprises has degraded a certain amount of Beijing population,which has led to the employment of the ground and attracted a large number of talents from other places.The relocation enterprises have close contact with Beijing research institutions and industrial service organizations,which has promoted the industrial technology advancement of the relocation areas and promoted local economic development.Relieving Beijing of functions nonessential to its role as the capital is an important part in the coordinated development of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region,play an important role.
