Social Capital Generation Research On The Social Sports Professional Under The Background Of Employment

As the large-scale "enrollment expansion" of university appeared around the country, the scale of social sports professional has been unceasingly expanding since Tianjin University of Sport opened social sports professional in1993. However, under the background of the rapid development and revolution of our social and economic structure, the professional encountered a series of problems in the process of too quick evolution. As a result, the employment situation of graduates became very serious. The paper studies social capital formation of social sports professional to ensure social sports professional in our country can healthily develop and the college students can smoothly get employment, which is important to public sports training and development of career in our country.From the concept of social capital theory frame and perspective, this research puts forward the concept of professional social capital and brief analysis of its components, function and how to cultivate and utilization combining the particularity of a professional of a subject in China’s higher education institutions. The paper makes a field survey and data collection of the materials of the present situation of social capital of social sports professional through the literature material method, a questionnaire survey and case interviews of research, with the sample of social sports professional institutions in Fujian province. The paper makes an analysis of the current situation, emphatically from the three dimensions:trust, standard and network to find out the main problems of generating social capital in the process of professional development and put forward relevant suggestion of improving the professional social capital and solving the difficulties of professional internal graduates’employment.
