This article is based on the "Compulsory Education Chinese Curriculum Standards(2011 Edition)" and refers to the "General High School Chinese Curriculum Standards(2017 Edition)".It is believed that the quality of primary school Chinese literature refers to the changes shown by students after systematic language courses.The degree and development status,this process contains the core literacy of Chinese,is a comprehensive expression of knowledge and ability.The study took three sets of primary school literature quality test papers in H province as the research object,first adopted the text analysis method,strictly in accordance with the provisions of the "Compulsory Education Chinese Curriculum Standards(2011 Edition)",interviewed and surveyed primary school Chinese language expert teachers,drawing on relevant research experience,Select evaluation indicators,extract and organize evaluation requirements,use questionnaires and weight formulas to calculate the weights of each index,and construct an evaluation framework for the "Quality Analysis of Primary School Chinese Language Literature Examination System from the Perspective of Core Literacy".Then,using the evaluation tools,quantitative description and qualitative interpretation of the quality test papers of the sixth grade primary school in the H province.Finally,it analyzes and discusses the presentation and problems of the three sets of test papers,conducts attribution analysis,and puts forward suggestions for improvement to provide a reference for the quality monitoring of the sixth grade primary school literature industry.The study obtained the following conclusions:(?)Research shows1.The level of sample academic quality test papers is goodUsing indicators to analyze three sets of test papers,the 15 second-level indicators of the test paper structure and the 18 third-level indicators of core literacy performance are assigned one by one,and the final total score is higher than 7 points(out of 10),indicating that the basic overall has reached the standard level The degree of achievement of academic quality is better,but there is still some room for improvement.2.The structure of the sample academic quality test paper is reasonable,and the language accumulation and application literacy are outstandingOn the one hand,the structural scores of the three sets of test papers are all higher than 7 points,and the scores are respectively 7.182,7.809,and 9.063,and the overall structure is reasonable.On the other hand,comparing the core literacy dimensions of the four Chinese disciplines,the language accumulation and application abilities of the three sets of test papers showed the widest distribution frequency and the highest standard score,indicating that all three test papers tested the ability of language accumulation and use.3.The performance of the core academic literacy of the sample academic quality test papers has its own advantagesThe test on the accumulation and application of language and writing on the side of the volume has a distribution frequency of 28 and a level score of 4.567;on the basis of the emphasis on the accumulation and application of language and writing,Volume 2 pays more attention to aesthetic experience and expression.The distribution frequency of this literacy ability is 25.The most widely distributed among the three sets of test papers,the level score is 0.979,the highest among the three sets of test papers;on the basis of the emphasis on the accumulation and use of language and words,more attention is paid to the development of thinking ability and cultural inheritance and understanding.The in-depth presentation is the best,indicating that the third volume has the best performance in the cultivation of students' thinking ability and cultural heritage.The research also shows that the core academic literacy performance of the sample academic quality test papers is not comprehensive enough: Volume I ignores the examination of cultural heritage and understanding literacy,and involves little in the cultural literacy ability of students,and the level is relatively shallow.There are only four examinations on cultural heritage and understanding literacy in Volume Two,and the level score is lower than that in Volume One.Paper three performed poorly on the literacy level of aesthetic experience and expression,with a minimum score of only 0.889,indicating that this test paper did not display core literacy well(but only focused on the knowledge and skill test),and the distribution frequency was the least compared to the other two books.(?)Attribution analysisThere are many factors that affect the presentation of the quality test papers of primary school literature:1.Although the compilation of current primary school literature quality test papers is based on curriculum standards,there is no clear quality standard for primary school literature in the curriculum standards."Compulsory Education Chinese Curriculum Standards(2011 Edition)" provides specific syllabus goals and implementation suggestions for the current primary school Chinese language discipline,provides direction for the majority of frontline teachers to implement teaching,and provides a basis for the preparation of test papers.The three sets of test papers have basically reached the standard level,and the academic quality level has reached a good degree.However,due to the lack of clear quality standards for primary school literature in the current curriculum standards,the test papers are made based on experience,which leads to the core quality of Chinese language presented in the academic quality test papers.2.Focus on the accumulation and application of language in primary school Chinese teaching,and ignore the comprehensive cultivation of core Chinese literacy.The current classroom teaching of Chinese in primary schools focuses on the understanding and application of words and sentences,and the test paper focuses on the examination of the accumulation and application of language.But it is not enough to focus only on the core literacy of language accumulation and application.The development of thinking ability,aesthetic experience and expression,cultural inheritance and understanding should also be taken into account in primary school Chinese teaching.3.Academic quality test papers show strong characteristics of the times and certain local characteristics.The applicable time of the three sets of test papers are: Volume One 2017-2018 school year,Volume Two 2018-2019 school year,Volume Three 2019-2020 school year,reflecting the characteristics of different times,and their core literacy performance scores are 7.807,8.073,8.73,which shows that with the development of the times,the performance level of the core literacy ability of the Chinese language is gradually increasing.Due to the society's emphasis on the core literacy of students,the focus of academic quality evaluation has also changed,showing strong characteristics of the times and certain places.Features.(?)Suggestions for improvementFrom the perspective of core literacy,improving the current status of the quality of the primary school literary industry requires comprehensive implementation from multiple perspectives:1.The current quality evaluation of primary school literature industry lacks specific and operable standards,and there is an urgent need to establish clear quality standards for primary school literature industry.2.The evaluation method is single,and the methods of evaluation and examination can be enriched to make up for the shortcomings of the paper-and-pencil test.3.Gradually change from emphasizing "knowledge-based" to "core literacy-based".4.Strengthen the training of propositional skills and evaluation techniques of proposition personnel,and improve the evaluation technical level of business personnel including first-line language teachers and language teaching and research staff.
