Research On The Development Of Shandong "CBTA" Basketball Training Alliance

Since the reform and opening up 40 years ago,China has made great achievements in sports.General secretary xi jinping,as the guide of China,attached great importance to the sports cause of our country from the 18 th national congress to the 19 th national congress,which greatly promoted our country from a great sports country to a great sports country and provided an inexhaustible power.National fitness was promoted as a national strategy,and the masses realized the importance of sports.At the same time,China has also accelerated the establishment of a strong sports country,making teenagers and children the core group of China's future sports development.Therefore,the sports training industry riding the wind in recent years,the rapid development.Countless businessmen and sports workers are involved.Sports training classes across the country are located in the streets of cities,and many people are aiming at the "delicious big cake" of "sports".Although the sports training industry is developing rapidly and the number of businesses is soaring,it still faces many problems.Therefore,this paper chooses the development of "CBTA" basketball training league in shandong province as the research object,and conducts a survey on the development status of "CBTA" basketball training league in shandong province by means of questionnaire survey,field investigation,interview and SWOT analysis.The preliminary conclusions are as follows:(1)As the product of the development of the new generation of sports training career,CBTA basketball training alliance can connect individual sports training organizations and magnify the economic and humanistic benefits of individual sports training organizations to the society.It has strengthened the mutual contact between sports training organizations in different regions,and strengthened the functions of sports training organizations,such as event holding,sports education and talent management.Greatly help the government,schools to achieve sports functions,meet the needs of social sports.(2)the advantages and disadvantages of CBTA basketball training league compared with individual sports training organizations are enlarged.For example,the distrust among member organizations and the distrust among member organizations to the alliance emerge endlessly.The difficulty of capital recovery and the single means of access become the key factors hindering the development of the alliance.The development speed and scale of member organizations in county-level cities are obviously better than those in the second and third-tier cities,which is beneficial to the early development of the alliance,but the different resources and platforms will definitely affect the sustainable development of the alliance and the constraints between the alliance and large sports companies.(3)to make CBTA basketball training league more competitive in shandong province,it must start from competition and publicity.The league has the ability to hold cross-regional competitions,which individual sports training organizations and companies cannot do.Expand the influence of the competition,fix the competition time every year,mobilize the enthusiasm of member organizations to participate,hold the competition with the help of the government and schools to strengthen the communication and exchange of member organizations,and promote vigorously with the help of the competition,help member organizations to improve the ability of independent enrollment.It is necessary to use the advantages of competition to obtain funds for the operation of the alliance,attach importance to the rational use of resources in the second and third-tier cities,and constantly improve the competitiveness of the alliance with the tactics of "rural encircling cities".(4)With the increasingly fierce competition in the sports training market,the service functions provided by sports training organizations are more diversified and the government pays more attention to the sports training industry.The operation means of "alliance" will inevitably become the mainstream in the next ten years.The diverse competitions and professional service system will enable more people to participate in the cause and play an important role in the cause of national fitness and the cause of sports in China.
