Core strength training is also known as functional training, core stability trai ning, originated in the field of rehabilitation, gradually being valued by sports ci rcles, the 20th century came to China, core strength training can enhance athletic ability and competitive level of athletes, enhance athletes sports performance, str ength in the core areas of professional basketball training has been very popular, but in the Sports College Basketball Course, physical training or in traditional s trength training, core strength training basketball is also relatively rare.In this study Sports College Basketball-Major Students for the study, usin g literature data, expert interviews, questionnaires, experiments and mathematical statistics, build core strength training basketball specific methodology, including tr aining programs and training content, Prove basketball special students through c ore strength training on their physical fitness (speed, strength, endurance, agility, flexibility) and basketball various techniques (ball technology and techniques with out the ball), and for sports injury prevention and core strength training applicati on in Value Approach in Basketball Training.The main conclusions are:(1) A complete basketball special core strength training system, including unarmed training methods, combined with training equipment, combining training method of basketball technique of 31 species,16 weeks of basketball core strength training program design. (2) for 16 weeks, twice a week 30min training test, physical fitness test after test results for comparison, the experimental group compared to the control group in strength, speed, power, flexibility test, enhance the rate significantly, p<0.05 were significant differences. No endurance quality has improved significantly, p> 0.05 no significant difference, indicating that core strength training for students strength, speed, power, flexibility and enhance the quality even more pronounced. (3) After the experiment of basketball skill test result comparison, the experimental group compared to the control group, in the ball and without the ball is technically technology to enhance the rate significantly, p<0.05, there were significant differences, indicating that core strength training on basketball improve students’ basketball skills more apparent. (4) After the experiment on sports injury sur vey found that 25 percent of the students in the experimental group sports injuri es,50% of the control group had sports injuries, p<0.05 significant difference, i ndicating that core strength training can play sports injury prevention effect.The main recommendations are as follows:(1) Core strength training has be come a part of contemporary basketball training indispensable, added core strengt h training is imperative in PE Colleges Basketball Course, each college sports te achers and coaches should pay attention Practice and application of core strength training. (2) basketball core strength exercises of choice, should be combined w ith specific technical characteristics and basketball, so the training content with t he special closer, step by step training process to gradually increase difficulty fro m easy to difficult, to promote motor skills Positive migration. (3) conducting ph ysical training should try the general strength training and core strength training and special strength training combined with exercise large muscle groups at the s ame time taking into account the small muscle strength, stamina training so as t o ensure the effect of systemic and integrity. (4) in their basketball training proc ess should be using a variety of core strength training means, in the methods co ntinue to innovate and come up with more information about the basketball core strength training methods.
