| The establishment of master’s degree in vocational and technical education is an effective measure to cultivate "dual-qualification" teachers,improving the quality of vocational education and complete the master’s degree in education.It has been widely concerned and valued by relevant personnel in the education sector and all walks of life.Since the pilot program began in2016,pilot universities are actively exploring the master’s training mode of vocational and technical education.Overall,the pilot program of vocational and technical education in china has not only made significant progress,but also has some problems to be solved.Through in-depth investigation and analysis of the current situation of master’s degree in vocational and technical education in pilot universities,especially the master’s degree in full-time vocational and technical education,discovering the problems and suggesting corresponding solutions,which not only helps to promote the sustainable development of vocational and technical education master’s degree in pilot universities,but also provides factual basis for the decision-making of education departments.This paper is divided into four parts:The first part mainly introduces the reasons for choosing the topic,the significance of the research,the research summary at home and abroad and the research methods adopted in the paper,and defines the core concepts.The second part takes X-university as an example,and selects representative full-time vocational and technical education master degree graduates,instructors and managers to conduct interviews.Based on the interview results,analyzes the current situation of full-time vocational and technical education master cultivating in pilot universities.On the basis of the second part,the third part concludes that some problems to be solved urgently: First,the specialty settings are separated from the actual needs of secondary vocational schools and industry enterprises.The enrollment methods and standards are relatively single.Second,the cultivating target is vague,lacking in orientation and pertinence;Third,the curriculum is unreasonable and the practice link lags behind;Fourth,the teaching method is traditional and lacks innovation;Fifth,the teachers are weak,and the "dual-qualification" teachers are lacking;Sixth,the talent evaluation mechanism is not perfect and the evaluation subject is relatively single.The fourth part proposes corresponding solutions to the problems existing in the cultivating process of full-time master of vocational and technical education: Specialty settings should beconnected with vocational schools and industrial needs.The ways and standards of admission should be optimized;Clarify the “dual-qualification” and innovative talent training goals oriented to professional ability;Improve the curriculum,strengthen the construction of practice base;Implementing the practical teaching mode based on the modern apprenticeship system,and constructing a practical teaching system that integrates production;Strengthen the construction of the teaching staff,Implementing the “three-tutor system” for full-time master’s degree in vocational and technical education;Improve the evaluation mechanism for the training of full-time masters in vocational and technical education. |
