At present,China's economy is at a critical stage of transformation.The economic growth rate has changed from high-speed to medium-high speed.Economic development has been changed from driven by resource elements to driven by innovation.The industrial structure is under pressure to adjust and transform and upgrade,requiring more professional and skilled labor.This requires the school to cultivate social workers who have mastered the professional and exquisite technical skills,and also have the craftsman spirit of "professionalism,dedication,dedication,dedication,happiness,pursuit of excellence,courage to take responsibility",that is,artisan-type talents.Secondary vocational education is the main body of vocational education in China.As an important place for the training of first-line social workers,secondary vocational schools have trained a large number of skilled talents and high-quality first-line social workers in China,and have undertaken the cultivation of labor reserve required for the development of China's manufacturing industry.Paying attention to the cultivation of artisan-type talents in secondary vocational schools is conducive to improving the overall quality of China's secondary vocational students,is conducive to the construction of a modern vocational education system,and is conducive to the economic transformation and upgrading of China's economy.However,artisan-type talents cultivating of China's secondary vocational education faces many difficulties,mainly reflected in the following:First,the lack of knowledge of craftsmen and the lack of professional quality training;second,unreasonable curriculum,insufficient practical training and the lack of professional skills training;third,teaching method is traditional and single and it lacks the practice of craftsmanship cultivation;the fourth is that teachers lacks the professional skills and practical ability and there is not enough "double-professional-titled" teachers;the fifth is the lack of exchange and cooperation and the lack of campus-culture construction.Therefore,this paper will study the cultivation path of artisan-type talents in secondary vocational schools in China.From the perspective of talent cultivation,this research uses literature research method,comparative research method and investigation research method to study the training path of artisan-type talents in secondary vocational schools.The study demonstrates the importance of the cultivation of artisan-type talents in secondary vocational schools from four aspects:the transformation and upgrading of China's economic structure,the higher level of industrial development,the higher quality development of modern vocational education,and the self-realization of secondary vocational schools.And the study finds the factors influencing the cultivation of artisan-type talents in China's secondary vocational schools by statistic analysis of dada,and draws on borrowed the advanced experience of artisan-type talents training in Germany and Japan,trying to find an effective path for the cultivation of-artisan-type talents in secondary vocational schools in line with China's national conditions,with a view to improving the teaching quality of China's secondary vocational schools and the overall quality of secondary vocational students,so as to cultivate high-quality skilled talents that meet the needs of China's economic and social development,promoting the development process of China's new economic normal.This article mainly studies from the following six parts:The first part is the introduction,which mainly includes research background,research significance,research purpose and research content,literature review,concept definition,research ideas and research methods,research innovation and insufficient research;The second part mainly expounds the theoretical basis of the cultivation of artisan-type talents in secondary vocational schools,including the hierarchy of need theory and constructivist theory;The third part clarifies the necessity of the cultivation of artisan-type talents in secondary vocational schools in China,which is reflected in the importance of China's social transformation and upgrading,higher level development of enterprises,higher quality development of modern vocational education and self-realization of secondary vocational students.The fourth part investigates the current situation of artisan-type talents training in secondary vocational schools in Shaanxi and Gansu through questionnaires and interviews,including the recognition of secondary vocational students,the curriculum of secondary vocational schools,the use of teaching methods in secondary vocational schools,the training of teachers in secondary vocational schools,and the external cooperation and exchanges of secondary vocational schools,and analyzes the influence factors of the lack of artisan-type talents in secondary vocational schools in China from four levels:school,enterprise,state and society,students and parents;The fifth part introduces training system,training content,training process and training methods of foreign(including Germany and Japan)artisan-type talents,and analyzes its reference value to China;The sixth part proposes a targeted training path for artisan-type talents in secondary vocational schools,mainly from formulating a standard system for tra:ining artisan-type talents,designing the curriculum system of cultivating artisan-type talents,reforming the teaching methods of educating artisan-type talents,strengthening the construction of the teaching staff and training the "artisan-type" teachers,improving the system of cultivating artisan-type talents and strengthening the cultural construction of "artisan spirit".
