Secondary vocational schools shoulder the mission of cultivating middle-skilled technical talents and have an important position in the national modern education system.It directly affects the quality of its source of attraction,which in turn affects its sustainable development.Although the development of secondary vocational schools in recent years has been increasingly supported by national policies and social concerns,some progress has been made.However,due to the influence of complex factors such as concept,system and exam-oriented education,the desire of the educated to take the initiative to choose vocational education is not high,and the attraction of vocational schools is not strong.Due to the low social recognition of vocational schools,the junior high school graduates are "crowded" and "no one cares" on the road to higher education,and vocational schools are facing a crisis of student resources.The attraction of secondary vocational schools is their sustainable development and basic and core issues.It involves the future of tens of thousands of students,and the training of reserve talents for economic and social development has become the focus of attention of the national and academic circles.Based on the theory of social stratification,this paper studies whether the current vocational education in China can effectively promote the flow of all social classes,meet the desire of the bottom-level people to move upwards,and overcome the self-replication of social classes.In order to promote the stability and harmony of society and achieve the goal of building a comprehensive well-off society.The study conducted a questionnaire survey with junior high school students in Chang'an District of Xi'an as a research object,following the logic of combining theory with practice.Under the guidance of the social stratification theory,the literature research method and the questionnaire survey method are used to study the current situation,problems,causes and development countermeasures of the junior high school students'willingness to apply for secondary vocational schools.First of all,through the questionnaire survey method,combined with the"third-year students'willingness to study questionnaire" to Changzhou District junior high school students in the middle school entrance examination volunteers to report the situation,the usual results,the understanding of secondary vocational schools,the choice of secondary vocational schools,self-efficacy,self Surveys,career planning,etc.According to the survey data,in the junior high school stage,on the one hand,the quality of running a school is very different due to the difference in the main body of the school,and there are obvious differences in the family level of the students in different backgrounds,which leads to self-evaluation among students.There are obvious differences;on the other hand,students have a inertia in their study because of their long-term acceptance of cultural education;and because of the lack of understanding of secondary vocational schools,they have become a stigma for secondary vocational schools.Awareness and other issues.Second,a comprehensive reflection on the reasons for the lack of attractiveness of secondary vocational schools.First,the social environment of re-reading light surgery has affected the tendency of educated students to apply for secondary vocational schools.The gap between educational resources in primary and secondary schools is very wide.The training style of junior high school students is based on cultural studies.Educators have a misunderstanding of secondary vocational schools,and the public's perception of discrimination in secondary vocational education has a long history.Second,the quality of secondary vocational schools running schools is low,and the school is lacking in characteristics;student management is not in place and has a bad influence on the outside world;secondary vocational schools have supply contradictions and cannot meet the needs of educators and enterprises.Third,family culture capital has a significant impact on students'learning behaviors and academic performance;family capital influences the educational opportunities of education,and the differences in the acquisition and possession of social resources by families with different stratum status will be translated into the education of the offspring.Advantages,have better economic resources,culture,society and other resources to help their children get better educational resources and educational opportunities.Finally,explore strategies to improve the attractiveness of secondary vocational schools.First,create a good development atmosphere for secondary vocational schools under the promotion of policies;optimize the social atmosphere,create a social environment that respects vocational education;create inter-school relations that are harmoniously developed,and work together side by side;second,secondary vocational schools improve themselves The ability to meet the needs of educators and enterprises;for the needs of educated students,secondary vocational schools should ensure the work safety of students before,during and after graduation;for the needs of enterprises,secondary schools should actively pay attention to market dynamics.To cultivate technical and skilled talents with professional ethics and spirit that meet the needs of enterprises.Third,the family plays an active role in the development of students.All in all,improving the attractiveness of secondary vocational schools is the internal driving force and core strength to ensure their sustainable development,affecting the improvement of the quality of students in secondary vocational schools and the quality of personnel training,which needs to be highly concerned by the state.
