Today,The IT is developing rapidly,the way to learn and acquire knowledge has become more diverse.Due to its short and succinct features and the provision of fragmented online course resources,the micro-course has been highly valued by the education community.The ability to solve biological problems is closely related to our lives,but at present most of the junior high school students in China have certain problems in their ability to solve biological problems.Although the research on biological problem solving and micro-course has been quite rich,the research on the specific application of micro-courses in the teaching of'biological problem solving is still lacking.Therefore,the research on the junior high school biology problem solving micro-course has certain theoretical and practical value,which can not only improve the problem solving ability ofjunior high school students,but also provide a new direction for the sustainable development and application of micro-courses.Combining literature research and educational internship experience,this thesis starts with the biological problem solving ability of junior high school students,and analyzes the influencing factors and general processes of solving problems.Based on the overview of relevant concepts,the concept definition of micro-course based on problem solving is obtained.Then,based on the design of micro-courses at home and abroad,the design principles,design patterns,design processes and teaching modes of junior high school biology micro-courses based on problem solving are proposed.Based on the theory of cognitive load theory,ARCS motivation model and Bloom target classification theory,the research direction and content of this thesis are determined,which is the research of design and development of junior high school biology micro-course based on problem solving.First of all,this paper studies the relevant literatures on the solution ofjunior high school biology problems and micro-courses at home and abroad.Studying the research state in China of the combination of junior high school biology problem solving and micro-course.The combination of problem solving and micro-curriculum is the new direction of'micro-curricular research,and there are few studies.At the same time,it summarizes the related concepts and theoretical basis of the solution of biological problems and micro-course,which makes the research more feasible and scientific.Secondly,after analyzing the influencing factors of biological problem solving and the general process,the strategies for cultivating students' biological problem solving ability are obtained.Then based on this,the concept definition of junior high school biology micro-course is defined,and its design principles,design patterns,design processes and teaching modes are summarized.Finally,combined with the proposed micro-course design pattern and design process,some problem-solving micro-courses were developed,and students from three classes in the first grade of junior high school in Shenzhen were selected as research objects.And select two micro-course cases-"What is the composition of blood and the function of each part?,","What is the process of urine formation and discharge?",The teaching experiment is to apply the junior high school biology problem solving micro-course design mode to the actual teaching,and then combine the questionnaire survey and interview methods to get the junior middle school teachers and students to solve the junior high school biology problem solving micro-course.Highly accredited to initially validate the feasibility of such micro-course design patterns and design processes.
