Purpose:"The students stay at school during the holiday and teachers to study and establish the discussion group or class"(Seminar)in accordance with the internal law of education teaching and requirements,can be continuously updated,enrich and perfect,with a strong adaptability.The introduction of Seminar teaching method based on the flipped concept into the aerobics teaching can help improve the teaching effect,enable students to enjoy knowledge in the pleasure of learning,and learn skills in the interest.In a real sense,it is student-oriented,which is in line with the original intention of setting up aerobics classes in colleges and universities.In combination with the reform requirements of the aerobics elective course for non-physical education majors in Shaanxi normal university,this study selects the seminar teaching method based on the flipped class in the teaching of aerobics.The purpose is to seek a more suitable teaching method for aerobics learning through experiments and to solve some problems in the current teaching stage.The thesis uses methods such as literature data method,expert interview method,questionnaire survey method,mathematical statistics method and teaching experiment method.The teaching experiment was carried out on the aerobics elective students of the 2017 non-sports major of Shaanxi Normal University.Firstly,the theoretical basis,experimental principles and methods,and experimental procedures were sorted,analyzed and designed.Subsequently,the T-test method was used to process and analyze the data obtained from the 16-week teaching experiment and the data of the questionnaire.Methods:Using the literature material law,expert interview method,questionnaire survey method,mathematical statistics and teaching experiment method and other methods.The teaching experiment was carried out on the students of 2017 calisthenics elective course of Shaanxi normal university,who were not majoring in physical education.At first,the theoretical basis,experimental principles and methods,and experimental process were sorted out,analyzed and designed.Subsequently,SPSS20.0 software was used to process and analyze the data obtained from the 16-week teaching experiment and questionnaire survey data.Results:1.After the experiment contrast experimental class and that in comparative classes students'body quality basic situation(p>0.05,student assessment result p>0.05).2.After the experiment,the students in the experimental class and the control class were compared in terms of their creative ability and expressive force,p<0.05.3.After the experiment,the active exercise ability and active review ability of the students in the experimental class and the control class were compared,p<0.01;Comparison of problem solving ability and mutual communication ability,p<0.05.4.After the experiment,the students in the experimental class thought that the creation and compilation was 20%difficult,and the control class thought that the creation and compilation was 16%difficult.The achievement comparison of the creation and compilation was p<0.05.5.After the experiment,students in the experimental class and the control class regained their knowledge ability and problem analysis ability p>0.05;Ability to raise and discuss questions p<0.01;Problem solving ability p<0.05.6.In terms of mutual help,problem solving and mutual acceptance between the experimental class and the control class after the experiment,p<0.01;Do like family,mutual encouragement,p<0.05.7.After the experiment,students in the experimental class had a strong self-confidence of 28%,and those in the control class had a strong self-confidence of 12%.8.After the experiment,the students in the experimental class liked aerobics 24%,and the class was 80%enriched.The control class likes calisthenics degree 4%,the classroom enrichment degree 44%;Conclusion:1.Based on the flip next seminar class teaching,change to the defects of traditional teaching,and optimize the combination,make the aerobics teaching to optimize the teaching process and enhance the teaching effect.2.Seminar teaching method based on flipped classroom can promote the learning of sports skills and improve the ability of aerobics creation and expression.3.Based on the flip the seminar class teaching method,can improve the students'learning consciousness and the ability of autonomous learning,but also improve the students'team cohesion,innovation thinking ability,cultivate students' exploring spirit and ask questions,discuss the problems and deal with the problem of ability,and cultivate students' sports knowledge and the ability of lifelong physical exercise.4.Based on the seminar teaching method in the flipped classroom,the study of sports knowledge and culture is conducive to the cultivation of sound personality and the realization of sports cognitive goals,so as to cultivate students' sports cultural accomplishment,good psychological quality and consciousness of lifelong physical exercise,and finally achieve the goal of sports education.5.Seminar teaching method based on flipped classroom is conducive to the establishment of teaching environment.Through the positive interaction between teachers and students,a new type of teacher-student relationship can be established to solve the existing problems in current teaching.
