The development of information technology injects new impetus into the transformation of education,and also poses new challenges to the traditional teaching mode.In recent years,as an extension of educational information,flipped classroom has developed rapidly,its academic attention has increased year by year.At present,flipped classroom has penetrated into many disciplines of China's colleges and universities.Physical education and aerobics teaching should follow up the development of times,optimize the physical education mode,develop the consciousness of innovation and form a multi-channel teaching pattern.By using experimental method,this paper verifies the application prospect of teaching mode of flipped classroom in aerobics course,explores its strategies and techniques of the application in aerobics course in colleges and universities,discusses its effectiveness in the background of aerobics course and evaluates its potential benefits of the students in their learning process,so as to improve the current situation of aerobics teaching in colleges and universities,and provide practical basis for the development of aerobics in ordinary universities.On the basis of discussing the current situation of aerobics teaching in ordinary universities and the theoretical and practical research on the teaching mode of flipped classroom at home and abroad,this paper puts forward and designs the structure diagram of the teaching mode of flipped classroom in ordinary universities according to the types of students and the features of courses.Using Wechat as a mobile learning tool,we carried out a four-month teaching experiment on girl's classes of the compulsory course of aerobics in Shenyang Architectural University.Specific research methods of this paper include literature method,questionnaire survey method,experimental method and mathematical statistics method.By analyzing the data of the survey feedback,we draw the conclusion that teaching mode of aerobics flipped classroom has significant effect in improving students' basic physical quality,aerobics scores,autonomous learning ability and cooperative learning ability.Students are satisfied with this mode of teaching style and teaching method,and looking forward to having the aerobics course.Through the applied research of this paper,it is found that the production of teaching resources and the implementation of teaching strategies are the prerequisite and guarantee for the success of aerobics flipped classroom.The teachers' arrangements of learning time and the application of teaching methods in the three stages of pre-class,in class and after class can helpstudents grasp the aerobics skills and choreographing skills effectively in a short time,which can extend physical exercise time in class and after class,promote the healthy development of physical and mental states,and arouse students' learning initiative and interest.In addition,through groups cooperation based on division of labor,sharing results,evaluating the performance other students in class,this process-oriented and guidance-oriented techinge mode can help students relize their full potential of students.Students can complete the construction process of knowledge in an equal,harmonious and ordered atmosphere and thus enhance their self-confidence and experience the sense of success.After-school practice and feedback can strengthen the memory and ensure the efficiency and quality of teaching.As a result,teachers are confronted with the challeges of changing their dominant role into an organizer and helper in aerobics flipped classroom.They need to learn and enhance their information literacy and comprehensive ability.As the application of flipped classroom in colleges and universities has just started,there is much to improve,especially the teaching resource design and mobile learning platform,which need to be further expanded and perfected.
