As an important teaching mode to promote the core quality of Ideological and political disciplines,issue-based teaching is of great theoretical significance not only in enriching classroom teaching mode,improving activity-based courses and enriching the theoretical system of civic education methods,but also in impelling the sustainable development of teachers' professional quality.Optimizing the teaching process based on the essence of Ideological and political disciplines,promoting the teaching evaluation mechanism of Ideological and political disciplines and improving the reform of teaching evaluation mechanism of Ideological and political disciplines are of great value.However,influenced by the traditional basic teaching of disciplines,there are many difficulties in the implementation of topic-based teaching in three aspects: teaching design,classroom teaching and student evaluation,which are manifested in the following aspects: relatively backward concept of teaching design,lack of ability to collect teaching materials,relatively inadequate ability to determine topics,too simplified classroom teaching methods,and lack of optimization and design of teaching problems.Lack of three-dimensional teaching situation creation,insufficient process of students' self-learning,lack of diversity of classroom inquiry activities,lack of attention to the generation of disciplinary knowledge,imperfect evaluation system,incomplete evaluation content,evaluation forms and other issues.In order to solve the above-mentioned teaching obstacles,this paper summarizes the main contents of the topic-based teaching mode from three perspectives: teaching design,classroom teaching and student evaluation,by critically drawing lessons from the teaching experience of the topic-centered teaching method and aiming at the existing difficulties in the implementation of the topic-based teaching method.Teaching design should follow the principles of subjectivity,innovation,systematicness,comprehensiveness,dynamism,practicality and integration of reason.It should go through the process of analyzing textbooks and collecting teaching materials,determining central and sub-topics,defining question chain,designing inquiry activities and forming mind map.Classroom teaching is divided into five teaching steps: topic introduction,autonomous learning,activity exploration,guidance section,expression and summary.Students' evaluation should follow the principles of pluralism,process,authenticity,scientificity and multi-subjectivity,and follow up the evaluation records by constructing personal self-rating scale,inter-group rating table and teacher rating table.In order to test the teaching effect oftopic-based teaching,after carrying out the teaching practice of "Facing Economic Globalization-Huawei's Growth Classic",and through questionnaires,it is concluded that the students generally agree with the topic-based teaching,that the topic-based teaching is conducive to cultivating the core quality of disciplines,and that the improvement of the topic-based teaching mode should be comprehensively analyzed.Finally,in view of the limitations of this study,the author puts forward his own ideas from three aspects: strengthening the standardization of research forms,improving the refinement of research contents,and expanding the conditions for implementing the issue-based teaching model,and puts forward new directions for improving the issue-based teaching model.
