In order to understand the changes made by the teachers in the observation records of G Kindergarten today after many developments, make new explorations and attempts, and sort out the difficulties or obstacles encountered at this stage,so as to achieve the ultimate goal of improving the quality of the teachers' observation records, the researchers conducted interviews with 29 educators in G Kindergarten, and made textual analysis of their observation records. The results show that there are some changes in the development of G Kindergarten observation records so far. With a correct understanding of the purpose of observation records, teachers' understanding of their value is increasingly diversified.Although the rich forms of records increase the workload of teachers to a certain extent, they are helpful for teachers to analyze and guide young children. In addition, the purpose, planning, standardization, analysis ability and utilization rate of teachers' observation records have been improved. The opportunities for all these changes are mainly the correction of observation notebooks by the kindergarten, the communication and discussion among teachers, the introduction of mature observation recording tools and the publication of observation recording results. In practice, while teachers study and grope for phased results, they also have their own innovative attempts, such as teachers' off-site recording, exploration and learning of new recording tools, teachers' division of labor to observe and record children, paying attention to the use of evaluation tools and continuous observation of children. At the same time,G Kindergarten teachers still have some obstacles when making observation records, such as a large number of observation records are not easy to summarize and organize, teachers are still worried about their own observation record ability, lack of suitable evaluation tools, and teachers are difficult to "meditate" to make observation records. As a result, teachers have put forward a series of demands, such as wishing to participate in more quality training to improve observation and recording ability,to obtain material support from the garden,to communicate with experienced teachers in the garden, and to adjust the current teacher-child ratio.
