The evaluation of Teachers' pedagogical quality is a indispensable teaching management link in all today's secondary vocational schools and it is very beneficial to improve the teaching quality of secondary vocational school teachers,while most of our secondary vocational school don't distinguish major teachers from basic course teachers when they evaluate teachers' pedagogical quality.they generally evaluate teachers' pedagogical quality by means of the same,general and single way.which is lack of pertinences and will not only affect the effects of Teachers' pedagogical quality to some extent but also restrict the reform and development of secondary vocational schools,Therefore,it is necessary to carry out specific teaching quality evaluation for vocational teachers.At first,this paper analyzes the status quo of secondary professional class teacher's teaching quality evaluation in foreign countries,then the status quo of our country,especially taking industrial and commercial industrial schools in jiangxi province as an example to analyzes the means of the school's evaluation,the use of the results.And it points out the shortcomings in the evaluation of secondary vocational school by analysis.It built teaching the and studying quality system scheme and related evaluation index system combined formative evaluation and summative assessment of secondary vocational school professional course teach ers,by which can promote the quality of teaching and professional skills of secondar y vocational school professional course teachers.While all of the above have to base on the research result of secondary vocational school professional course teachers tea ching quality.Meanwhile,it also have to base on the humanistic education ideology,developmental evaluation and CIPP model evaluation of educational thought for the theoretical basis,and the ethics first,student-orientated,ability focus ed,lifelong learning for principle.the scheme takes students,teachers,peer experts as corpus and combines formative evaluation,which can provide reference for the evaluation with summative evaluation,which can provide reference for the evaluation of teachers' pedagogical quality in secondary vocational school.
