It is possible to transform students' study manners if the teachers have the high specialized practical skills. To urge the students to master good specialized skills, enhance the employment rate and the level of employment. At last, through the analysis above, to make preliminary conclusion that, the specialized practical skills is one of the three abilities of the teachers in the ordinary vocational school, is the main factor to influence the teaching quality, and the key to the further improves of teaching quality. Through the questions in the teachers' specialized practical skills, proposes to establish the teacher specialized practice skill examination and critique mechanism and the persistent effect mechanism of the teachers' practices to the enterprise. And to strengthen the teacher on-the-job trainings, enhance the educational administrations' inspections to teaching quality.
