With the economic developments, the vocational education has received more and more attention from the government and society in recent years. The government hold the national vocational education meetings continuously, and carried out massive special policies to develop the vocational education. The ordinary vocational school, as the part of vocational education, has also obtained the rapid developments under this kind of microenvironment. But with the goal's transformation and the boom of the school by a large scale, the teaching ability of the teachers in ordinary vocational school is insufficient, especially the specialized practical skill, which has already became the main factor of the teaching quality.This research uses research techniques on literature laws, interview laws and questionnaire survey procedures to study the present situations, and how the specialized practical skills of teachers' to influent teaching quality. On this basis, through the analysis on teaching abilities and the specialized practical skills , has discussed the special requirements on the training goal. Not only The ordinary vocational school teachers must have not only the specialized theory knowledge and teaching ability but also the high specialized practical skills. Through the analysis of three aspects on the teaching quality, has discussed the teachers' specialized practical skills on the quality of teaching influences. It is possible to transform students' study manners if the teachers have the high specialized practical skills. To urge the students to master good specialized skills, enhance the employment rate and the level of employment. At last, through the analysis above, to make preliminary conclusion that, the specialized practical skills is one of the three abilities of the teachers in the ordinary vocational school, is the main factor to influence the teaching quality, and the key to the further improves of teaching quality. Through the questions in the teachers' specialized practical skills, proposes to establish the teacher specialized practice skill examination and critique mechanism and the persistent effect mechanism of the teachers' practices to the enterprise. And to strengthen the teacher on-the-job trainings, enhance the educational administrations' inspections to teaching quality.
