With the rapid development of technology and society in China,the state pays more attention to construction an innovative country and the role of entrepreneurship in economy."The massive entrepreneurship and innovation by all",has gradually become the trend of the times.Minority college students are the inheritors of national crafts and national cultures.The cultivation of their entrepreneurial will is not only an important measure to ease the pressure of employment,but also related to the sustainable development of various undertakings in ethnic minority areas.The rise of innovation and entrepreneurship has emerged.As a new force in the innovation and entrepreneurship group,college students have more cultural knowledge reserves,stronger comprehensive ability and better entrepreneurial advantages.At the same time,state support,social support,school support,and family support provide college students with a variety of entrepreneurial help.Among the various influencing factors,the family background plays an important role in the entrepreneurial will of college students.Based on the questionnaires and interviews,this paper conducts in-depth research and analysis on the impact of family environment on college students'entrepreneurial willingness.Some of the achievements are as follows:The intensity of entrepreneurial will is related to family background factors,especially the family economic background has a significant impact on college students' entrepreneurial willingness,but the family economic superiority is not strictly negatively related to the degree of college students' entrepreneurial willingness;family opposition is an important factor restricting college students'entrepreneurial willingness.Family opposition is one of the important factors that restrict college students' entrepreneurial willingness;family geographical location has certain influence on college students,entrepreneurial willingness;The background of family entrepreneurship has an impact on the entrepreneurial will of college students in ethnic colleges;The minority background of college students in ethnic universities has not had a negative impact on the entrepreneurial will,and to a certain extent is conducive to the formation of college students'entrepreneurial will.With the change of people's traditional concepts,the personal efforts of college students,the development of higher education,and the soundness of relevant laws and policies,the influence of family background on college students' entrepreneurship is gradually decreasing.Through the research,it is found that the current entrepreneurial willingness of minority college students is:the entrepreneurial enthusiasm of college students is high,but the actual proportion of entrepreneurship is low;the family has some negative influence on the entrepreneurial will of college students.Under the influence of family factors,entrepreneurial willingness does not necessarily translate into entrepreneurial behavior.Minority college students bear the important mission of inheriting and carrying forward the national culture.Family background factors are inseparable from the cultural background and entrepreneurial will of minority college students.From the perspective of family background,we will cultivate the entrepreneurial awareness of minority college students and encourage them to use them.The advantages of local ethnic cultural resources and active entrepreneurship are of great significance for relieving employment pressure and accelerating economic and social development in ethnic areas.
