Teacher development is not only reflected in the accumulation of teacher education and teaching knowledge and ability to improve, but also in the rationality of teacher education concept, because the rationality of teacher education concept has a potential, stable impact on its education and teaching behavior. At present, the problem of unilateral evaluation of students based on grades still exists, which casts a shadow on students' mind. The reason is that the students' view of teacher education is unreasonable. Therefore, helping teachers to construct a scientific and reasonable view of students is conducive to the physical and mental health development of teachers and students. The age of senior primary school teachers is mostly between 35 and 50 years old,and this period is also the golden age of teaching.Teachers' application for senior professional title not only requires excellent professional knowledge and skills, but also requires teachers to have noble ethics. Therefore, senior primary school teachers,as the best among the primary school teachers, play a leading role in the development of other teachers to a certain extent. If the senior primary school teachers can play a leading role, then the primary education will play an immeasurable role in promoting. As a specific aspect of the concept of teacher education, teacher's view of students refers to a stable basic view and viewpoint formed by teachers on students' essential attributes and characteristics in long-term educational and teaching activities.Primary school senior teacher holds what kind of student view? What types of students can these views be divided into? How do they form? What are the factors that promote the formation and transformation of senior primary school teachers' views on students? What are the problems and reasons in the concept of students of senior primary school teachers? What countermeasures should we put forward to form a scientific and reasonable concept of primary school teachers and students? This study aims at these six aspects of the problem of senior primary school teachers' views on students were studied. Before the formal interview, this study made several classroom observations based on the list of senior teachers in J primary school.According to the observation results, seven senior teachers in primary school were selected as the research objects, and the research objects were interviewed many times according to the interview outline. At the same time, this study conducted classroom observation on the subjects for half a year, and randomly asked the students taught by the subjects,so as to supplement and verify the authenticity of the interview materials. In addition, this study also conducted interviews and classroom observations with four junior teachers and one intermediate teacher of J primary school,as well as the principal of the school,so as to provide supplementary materials for the research.Through interviews and classroom observations,it is found that seven senior primary school teachers' views on students can be summarized into four different types, and most of the formation of teacher's views on students has undergone a process of development and transformation.Different types of student views have their own scientific and reasonable points, but there are also some problems, such as: theory and practice are not consistent, the traditional concept of backward students, the retention of achievement as the evaluation criteria. The author finds that the main reasons for these problems are: the disconnection between theory and practice, the solidification of teachers' thoughts, and the current evaluation system still pays attention to the screening and selection of students. Finally, the study puts forward scientific and reasonable countermeasures for the formation of primary school teachers' views on students. The classification of the types of senior teachers' views on students in primary schools is of certain value for the in-depth study of primary school teachers' views on students. At the same time,it has practical guiding significance for primary school teachers to form a scientific and reasonable view of students.
