Flipped classroom has already brought an upsurge of study as a burgeoning teaching mode in recent years. Along with gradual social growth and productivity development, there has been greater demand for professional talent in China. Simultaneously, along with incessant in-depth educational reform, it becomes a significant link for vocational college that is an important component of higher education in China to cultivate qualified professional skilled talents conforming to the changes of the era. However, the existing traditional teaching method gradually reveals many problems such as:pattern fossilization and the fail in effectively mobilizing vocational students’initiative. The operation process structure of flipped classroom for application-oriented curses is tried to be proposed through vocational colleges’implementation of flipped classroom and the teaching goals and design of flipped classroom in vocational colleges are studied to provide solving ideas on problems occurring to the implementation of flipped classroom at vocational colleges, improve classroom teaching quality, enhance students’efficiency in absorbing knowledge. This study is mainly divided into three stages:Stage 1:Theoretical preparation stage. At this stage, by consulting lots of related documents about flipped classroom at abroad, the researcher will make summary, extract mainstream theoretical ideas, sums up the intrinsic characteristics, teaching mode, process structure and implementation scheme of flipped classroom and then determine the goal and content of this research and formulate research scheme.Stage 2:Teaching practice stage. At this stage, by taking the teaching practice activity of knowledge point "usage of Excel cell" started for two classrooms at Anhui Business Vocational Technical College for example, adopting research methods such as:questionnaire, interview survey and classroom observation and following basic steps of study, the researcher will investigate into the result of teaching activity of experimental and control classroom to improve the process structure and teaching scheme of flipped classroom for vocational colleges and study the implementation process of flipped classroom.Stage 3:Summary & reflection stage. At this stage, by analyzing the material and information obtained through teaching practice activity, the researcher will preliminary discuss the teaching advantages of flipped classroom in application-oriented courses of vocational colleges and discover the challenges and difficulties during the implementation. For example, for problems such as:the undesirable learning effect at independent learning stage due to the bad foundation level and teachers’fail in being skilled at guiding students to discuss and grasp classroom, etc. the solving ideas and methods are proposed.Lastly, the reflections and solving ideas on problems about implementation of flipped classroom are proposed in this paper.
