Research objective: Through the application of functional training in middle school physical education teaching,comparing the influence of functional training and traditional training on the scores of sports events in the high school physical education examination,exploring whether functional training is feasible in the high school physical education examination,optimizing the training methods of the high school physical education examination,enriching the training content,and providing theoretical reference and practical reference for the training of the high school physical education examination.Research methods: Using literature,interview,experiment,mathematical statistics,comparative analysis and other research methods,the students of two classes of Grade two were selected for pre-test,and then the test results of all the test objects were compared and analyzed.20 male and female students with no obvious gap in test results were selected as experimental objects in the two classes respectively.The control class was divided into experimental class and control class.The control class continued to use traditional training,and the experimental class carried out functional training intervention.After the experiment,the pre-and post-test results were compared and analyzed.Results:(1)Before the experiment,there was no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group in the physical education test scores and functional action screening test scores(P>0.05).(2)Before and after the experiment,the experimental group of students showed significant differences in the scores of sports events in the high school entrance examination(P<0.01).In the functional action screening test,squat,straight lunge and shoulder flexibility showed significant differences(P<0.01).Step up,straight leg active lift,trunk stability push-up,rotation stability items showed significant differences(P<0.05).(3)Before and after the experiment,in the physical achievement test of high school entrance examination in the control group,the results of girls in standing long jump and durable running showed significant differences(P<0.05),the results of football dribbling and one-minute rope skipping showed extremely significant differences(P<0.01),and the results of boys in all events showed extremely significant differences(P<0.01).In the test of FMS project,squat project showed a significant difference(P<0.05),while other items showed no significant difference(P>0.05).(4)After the experiment,there was a significant difference in the standing long jump performance of boys(P<0.05),while there was no significant difference in the performance of girls(P>0.05).There were no significant differences in one-minute rope skipping and durable running scores between male and female students(P>0.05),and there were significant differences in football dribbling scores between male and female students(P<0.05).In the test of FMS project,push-ups with trunk stability showed significant differences(P<0.01),squat,up step,straight lunge,shoulder flexibility,straight leg active lift and rotation stability showed significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusions:(1)Both functional training and traditional training can improve the scores of physical education in the high school entrance examination,but after the experiment,the scores of the experimental group are significantly better than those of the control group,indicating that functional training can improve the scores of physical education in the high school entrance examination more significantly than traditional physical training within the same training time.(2)After functional training,the score of functional action screening is significantly improved,indicating that functional training can improve students’ motor ability,eliminate movement disorders,and reduce the risk of sports injury.(3)Functional movement screening can detect the weak links of functional movements and screen sports risks,which has a certain guiding role in the design of teaching content and the improvement of teaching methods,and has a certain positive significance in improving the teaching effect of physical education classroom.
